We arrived later at night and instructions were left on how to check in. The room was so comfortable and clean, as was the rest of the hotel. The staff were all very nice. Maria, the lady that we mostly had contact with, was so sweet and helpful. She helped us with our laundry, and gave us some directions on where to go as well. I forgot my ring at the hotel and she was very helpful in getting it back to me, as I was already at the airport when they let me know I had forgotten it. The hotel was located near the restaurants and stores and it was very easy to find! Overall an amazing place to stay😁

Really great central location. Lovely clean modern bedroom and bathroom with balcony and seating. Nice little dining area for breakfast and can leave your luggage if you arrive early which we did before room was ready.

It was all really good nothing negative - the only thing to be aware it's a bit if a walk to station but bus stop close to use local public transport.

Plesant place offering truly convenient location, simple but nice breakfast, and regular but spacious rooms (at least mine). Everything seems to have a fair, market price. Easy, clear access after working hours of the Reception Desk

No real nor safe (locked or guarded) storage after the check-out

Very good location, close to city centre. Friendly personel. They clean room every day. I would recomend this place for every one 👍

No free parking available at location. Difficult to communicate as they not speak English but they are try they best 🙂

Very good location, room was big and comfortable. Owner cleaned rooms every day. Owners were very friendly and they gave good tips what to do and see in Palermo and surrounding areas and how to get there. We have only good this to tell about Amuri.

all staff are very friendly and helpful. great breakfast that prepared by madam. air conditioner is ‘DAIKIN’ so powerful and work well. comfortable bed and bathroom. good location and quiet at night

The location was perfect to explore Palermo.

The bar across the street played loud music until 1am, the balcony door was doing a good job of blocking some of noise but you could still hear the music.

Very new and clean, decorated with style, especially the paintings from a local artist which are just awesome. The service was over the top, the staff was super nice and very attentive. Excellent breakfast.

The accommodation is located right in the center and close to the bus stop, which was very convenient. Breakfast was great, we felt like special guests on a family visit every morning :) The host was very helpful, thank you Francesco!
