I liked the excellent central location, the pedestrian zone around the hotel. The place is safe, quiet, close to the old town and to the main touristic objectives. A bus stop is right near the hotel, but we didn't use the bus, everything was at a walking distance. We arrived late and received a room with a less pleasant view to the back street. We asked next morning to change the room with a better view. The lady in the Reception was very helpful and at noon we received a better room with a main street view, looking to the Politeama Theatre, with a side sea view. Both rooms were very spacious, large and comfortable beds, one of them with an additional sofa. Good breakfast. Overall very good value for money.

No slippers or bathrobes in the room, the photos posted on Booking.com were a bit misleading.

The hotel is located close to the main attractions, within walking distance. We booked specifically this hotel since we had a ferry the next day and we needed a safe parking space, not far from the port. The staff was very nice and helpful. The room was spacious. We left very early, so our breakfast was prepared for takeaway.

The windows are old-type, wooden. We could hear the noise coming from a bar nearby. Since we were staying at the hotel on a Saturday night, it was noisy till around 2 AM so we did not get to sleep, considering that we had to wake up at 5 AM to catch the ferry.

Hotel: it was renewed only a few years ago so all is new. Room: very very big room and super comfortable bed, new clean bathroom with everything; the room was super quiet! Breakfast: Very good! There was lots of choice, and it was a very good value! I could not try everything because I do not eat much but lots of fresh cakes and even fresh orange juice! Parking: there is a parking facility in the hotel, you need to ask before hand if there is a space but super handy! Location: bang in the middle of town, you cannot be more central and close to everything. Staff: smiley and always willing to help. I will come back!

The positives: - The room was spacious and the housekeeping was prompt. Although, I suggest they leave indicators to guests who prefer their bathroom towels replaced every day. It was great service obviously but they replaced my used towels with new one literally every day. - The location was superb! A stop for buses with direct connections to the airport is very close to the hotel! - The staff at the welcome reception are very nice and helpful!

The non-positives: - The wifi connection is inconsistent. It is not bad, just unreliable at times. - The bed is very stiff! - Since the location is central, this may not be a bad option for light sleepers. I am such but I had earplugs with me so it's fine. - The hotel is located right beside a bar (not a noisy one) and occasionally, cigarette smokes from people enter the room.

The property was clean and comfortable with breakfast included, close to the attractions and cafes. The staff were very polite and helpful.

Rooms Could be updated a bit as not what you would expect for a 4 star rating. We were going to be charged €25 per day for our car parking, but they honoured our booking.com paperwork for €15 per day, thought parking a bit steep considering it is an open air Carpark at the back of the building

The hotel is centrally located - lots of shops, restaurants etc within close walking distance.. The hotel has on-site parking (€15 per day) which is convenient. The room was large enough for 3 adults and the shower was good. Staff were friendly and helpful.

We had a room facing out to the street and it was very noisy at night, so if you're a light sleeper I would recommend checking with hotel staff about street facing rooms. We booked a room for 3 adults, and only received 2 towels which was a minor inconvenience.

In my opinion, this hotel is excellent! The location is perfect and close to everything you'd like to see. The room I was staying in was spacious, clean, and had everything needed. The bed was also really comfortable. The hotel staff is very helpful and accomodating. They offered to store my bag after check-out on the last day and respected my wish to travel as sustainably as possible. If I come back to Palermo, I would definitely stay here again!

Hotel is in city centre near all facilities shop, restaurant ect...! There are roads which are pedestrant so you have to find alternative roads when traveling with a car !! Hotel has a private parking at a cost of €15 daily ( but worth it) and it's pet friendly!!

Room was on the main road was a bit noisy!! Could hear music from bars and traffic!

The location of the hotel is excellent, within walking distance from shops, bars, restaurants. About 15- 20 minutes walk from the historic centre of Palermo. My room was large and quiet. I had hot water in the shower. Bed was comfortable. I arrived late evening in the hotel and I was hungry. The receptionist in the hotel kindly recommended a pizza place just across the road where pizza was delicious.

Great location between old and new city. I wanted to be near the port and this hotel was perfect. The hotel has recently been renovated and changed management/owner hands so past reviews are outdated vs. mine. A huge +: hotel is in quiet area of Palermo so no noisy horns and motorcycles. The rooms are huge !!! Just perfect

My bed (not my partner’s bed) had a sag in the middle caused by overuse. Check your bed after check-in to make sure the room and bed is acceptable. The Coffee at the hotel sucks - it is from a machine and from a powdered substance. Cheese selection was only 1 cheese. 1 cheese come on!
