The location was central, it was easy to walk to many cultural sites from here. There is a bus stop very close to here which has buses that takes you directly to airport as early as 3:40 AM. The owner was very kind, he helped us whenever we had an issue and gave us good tips to navigate around the city.

The neighbourhood was very loud, but we did not mind it because we come from a metropolitan city and we are used to it. But this could be an issue for someone who wants to stay at a quiet place. This is normal for a such central location.

You can't beat the location, really. The staff was like a butler, helpful when you needed them but otherwise invisible. Communication was great over text whenever I needed something. The place has something quite vintage about it, it feels like a big countryside house, with lots of bedrooms and a proper old school lift. I loved the balcony at the back, not so the separate bathroom but at least it's private. The room was big, with lots of storage and a comfy bed.

Because of its very central location, it gets extremely busy and noisy overnight - it is, after all, Italy! It didn't keep me up or anything but I would not recommend.to people who are precious about their sleep.or for light sleepers.

The host was nice and always available on whatsapp for my questions about the city, beach, etc. We were very satisfied. We had breakfast at the nearby Millenium Bar and it was a classic Italian breakfast. Pastries plus coffee. Perfect for starting the day. I definitely recommend the accommodation :)

Older bathroom

The room was spacious and had a mini refrigerator. The hosts were very nice and helpful on places to go.

No breakfast that would have been nice to have.

The location is absolutely fantastic: just a 5 min walk to all the central city attractions (e.g. the Massimo theater), and 10 min on foot to the bus stop that hosts bus #806 taking you to the beach. It is really central and yet quiet enough, which could be quite important in a city like Palermo with busy night life. Salvo is one of the best hosts I have ever seen and can help you with basically everything, from practical issues regarding your room to advice on restaurants, city attractions, and getting around Palermo and Sicily in general. The building where the B&B is located is an attraction in itself and has one of the oldest elevators in Palermo. I miss this place already. :)

Although the profile states that the room has a "private bathroom", the bathroom is in fact detached from the room and is located at the end of the corridor. But you get used to it easily and the atmosphere at the B&B is very cozy and friendly. All neighbors are quiet and you will hardly be bothered by anyone, so you can keep your privacy. The fridge in the room might start "talking" during the night. :)

Location is at walking distance from the Port and the city centre. The host was really flexibile with check-in hours, and the room and bathroom were very clean. Enjoyable breakfast at a bar nearby.

The b&b is located close to a main road, and there is a lot of traffic until late at night. If you want to sleep better, my suggestion is to bring earplugs with you - otherwise it could be noisy. With earplugs we slept really well.

Perfect location with awesome hospitality, a large cozy room, great recommendations for local food, English speaking lovely host, a nice terrace/balcony, ok internet, I've spent nice 10 days here and definitely recommend if you don't mind the cons.

Because of the central location, it was really loud by cars and motorbikes from street, even at 2/3 am. The only way to minimize the noise was sleeping with AC on which is something I really don't like. So if you need a silent place, that might not be it. Another point is separated toilet/bath and very low water pressure which is related to being an old building, so they cannot do much about this, I suppose.

This was a great place to stay. The owners were very friendly and made sure we were taken care of. I was a little skeptical reading the reviews about the bathrooms being down the hall, but each room has its own private bathroom a few feet from the room. The location couldn't have been any better. We were within a very short walking distance of the main strip in Palermo and the nearby attractions.

The room was spacious and the location was perfect. Walking distance of everything and the neighborhood felt safe.

The bathroom is not inside your room so that was a bit inconvenient, but all in all, the stay was good. Would recommend

Salvo reached out to me on Whatsapp to check my arrival time and then assisted me with car parking around the B&B. He was extremely helpful even though I was only there for 1 night. The room was spacious which I didn't expect, as mentioned in other reviews the bathroom was outside of the bedroom but it had it's own key to access and I didn't have an issue with this as it was really clean
