The perfect place for a stay in Palermo: just next to the one of the most popular pedestrian zones. The room was spacious and had everything I needed. The host was extremely friendly and understanding. The breakfast was nice and delicious as well as the coffee. I would return to the Into Palermo B&B if I ever were in Palermo again.

There was no kitchen space in the establishment so I could not eat anything inside except the breakfast. It would be also nice to have some coffee in the afternoon. On the arrival the host asked me if I wanted to pay by card but I had not found such information on Booking.com (so I had withdrawn cash in Poland for no reason).

Staff is friendly and open to solve any problems you might have. Breakfast is good, as the food in whole Palermo. The position is amazing, as it seats just by the corner of via Maqueda, place of interest for walking, eating and nightlife too. It is at short walking distance to the main architectonic and artistic POIs in Palermo, especially suited for a short stay IMO.

Somebody particularly sensitive might be bothered by a little noise on the busiest days, however it is really negligible for most of the people and most days, as rooms are not facing the main road and there are good quality insulating windows.

great location and a fantastic host, he was very helpful and understanding. i got very early check in and very late check out. nice breakfast and the room has everything you need and although it's in the heart of palermo it's also very quite and i slept very well. the bathroom was very clean and the AC was amazing to have in such hot weather

The hosts were lovely and agreed to a later check-in. The location was perfect and very central. The room was big and comfy, A/C, and a nice big bed. Quite good breakfast as well - usually a cornetto with chosen filling and coffee.

The room would benefit from a little fridge although there was one available for all guests in the reception area. The bathroom fan was very loud and it would turn on automatically with the light so couldn't be switched off - small inconvenience though.

It is very well located, very simple yet clean. The air conditioning was great, the bed was comfortable, the shower was good. The guy who attended to me was very helpful (don't know his name). He even let me stay for a half day more in the room before I left for another town.

Don't really have big complaints. The included breakfast meant choosing beforehand what you wanted and he brought it to you. It was good but nothing special.

I liked almost everything - comfortable bed, clean room with a small kitchen (there was even a coffee and a sugar!), cold tea and water in the fridge and very helpful staff! Thank you so much!

The breakfast was quite simple, but with good coffee, I don't think it's a minus, but important to note.

The host was very helpful. He had given good tourist tips even before we arrived. Breakfast was filling - croissant and brioche. The room is very close to the Street with bars and restaurants, however You don't hear it from the room. And it is very close to most important monuments.

A/C was a little bit too loud.

Our room in which we stayed had a nice view of the street with the market place. Our host Giacomo was very nice and he prepared a delicious Italian breakfast for us. He carefully answered our questions about interesting places and monuments that we could see in Palermo.

The B&B has a central location in the historical street of Palermo close to everything. The staff are really especially Mr. Jacob. I had an incident and fell on my hand, and once I informed him about that, he went immediately to bring me an analgesic treatment. The breakfast quality was really good as well. The room size is perfect.
