We only stayed for one night, but the accommodation was perfect for our short stay. The location is excellent for accessing the historic centre of Palermo, with Via Maqueda a couple of minute's walk away. The room itself was very clean and comfortable, with a large bed, clean bathroom, and a small outside space with table and chairs. The room has a hot tub in the centre of the room, which is nice if you like that sort of thing. All in all it's a nicely designed room, with emphasis on lighting and water as the name of the property suggests. The owner was friendly and helpful. There's a common room where food and drinks are available at all times, not just for breakfast. As our stay was short we didn't use it.

The property is an apartment in a well-built building which has been converted into a 3 room accommodation. As such, it is well insulated from exterior sounds. Sounds from the other rooms are a different matter, with internal soundproofing not being as good. There was a period of 3 minutes or so during our stay when we were blasted with sounds from the room next door as the occupants , so far as we could tell, bumped up the volume on the TV in a vain attempt to cover up the noise they were making in the hot tub. The next hour they spent on phone calls and every word carried. The TV remained on full volume. Thankfully it was a one-off.

Location was excellent! At first glance and if not familiar with the area, it might look questionable from the outside. We had our doubts when we first showed up to the property but rest assured there was nothing wrong with it. Right in between and steps away two main streets. Both of which you will spend quite some time on. Also, they treated us incredibly well throughout our stay. Antonio took his time going over everything in the room and then some more explaining the city (with the map!), the places worth visiting to see, eat and drink. That alone was worth the price they charge.

The location was very close to the old city, 2 min by foot. The hosts were amazing, checking with us via WhatsApp and the Booking app if we need anything. Complementary bottle of prosecco on arrival and cold water. The hot tub was great, very relaxing after a day of walking.

There were no large towels in the room, i think it will be a bood idea to have these going forward, especially with the hot tub. There was no shower door and that led to a lot of water on the bathroom floor.

Thank you to the owners for great hosting. The place is beautiful. From the comfortable bed, to the jacuzzi bath to the stylish bathroom. On arrival, we were greeted with a bottle of Champagne, a full tour of the room and how everything works and the owners were amazing. The owner gave us a map and gave recommendations of where to go and see, what to eat and the markets. The location was also brilliant - when coming out of the property to the left at the top of the street was the main shopping area with loads of restaurants and bars. Around the corner was a cool local area with cheap bars and great food. Our flight wasn’t until 21:00 and the owners allowed us to keep the bags in the breakfast area all day which was so helpful. Thank you again!

The only thing we didn’t like is the property is a shared kitchen/breakfast room.

The room was really cozy and relaxing. There was enough space for two people. The Hot Tub was a plus, it was great after a long day to chill in it and watch tv while being in it. The location was also really good, since the street wasn’t to busy but not far away from the good stuff. The host also showed us many things on a city map to do, and gave us recommendations.

It was a little hard to find, but then the Host texted us where to ring the bell. Also the balcony was in renovation.

Exceptionally clean, stylish, modern design, room well planned & thought out for the short stay traveller, in the heart of Palermo city.

Don’t expect anything than a poor breakfast, but you don’t come to Palermo to have breakfast in your room so that really is not a problem & should not put you off booking this accommodation.

Brilliant stay! Perfect location just off the main hustle and bustle in a quiet apartment building but so central to restaurants, bars and places of interest in the historical centre. The room was clean, very comfortable and welcoming, the spa bath a very welcome treat after a day of exploring. Our host was amazing - lots of tips, food and drink recommendations and went out of his way to make our stay comfortable and personal, including storing our bags on an early arrival and providing a beautiful breakfast.

perfect location close to the main touristic spots in Palermo. the bedroom is very modern and clean, the bed and pillows are very comfortable. the bathtub is amazing and perfect to relax after a day walking. we loved everything. Antonio gave us tips of places and restaurants to go when we arrived, which was very helpful.

We had a wonderful stay here. Very kind and friendly host, who was alsways available and very helpful. Also the location is simply perfect: Close to everything, so we could walk to restaurants and through the old town of Palermo. And of cours the whirlpool in the room was so nice and a great way to relax after the time spent wahlking around.

Recently furnished, modern and very clean apartment. The possibility to use the shared kitchen for prepare our own breakfast was a plus to stay there. It is located in a quiet but central place, a few minutes' walk from the main tourist attractions in Palermo.
