The staff was lovely. It is a family-run B&B, and all of them were super friendly. We had a misunderstanding with the check-in time, nevertheless, they answered súper fast and did not have a problem with checking up earlier. The location is perfect for people attending the university or tourists since it is close to the historical center. The Bed and breakfast is located on a floor from a tall building, which was confusing at first when looking for it, but it has a perfect location, the room has a balcony, and for the breakfast, one has access to a lovely huge terrace, with a nice view over the city

What a lovely place. The room has everything you may need and fitted in a modern style. The sound/light proofing was a good plus.The room balcony has a nice view of the historic part of town which is only a few minutes walk away, and the surrounding mountains, while the roof terrace elevates the view to the next level! Staff were all very warm and accommodating, the breakfast fresh and just overall such a great experience! Highly recommend!

There was a plentiful, fresh breakfast. The lady, the owner, was very pleasant. The nearby station was very handy for the airport and the main station. We had a good time in Palermo. There was much to see, especially the Palazzo Reale and the Botanical gardens..

Have to give this property 10/10. We had a room with a balcony. Run by a lovely son and his mother. So very nice. Took us a while to find. It’s on a main road where you can park. It’s inside a building. Great location. Lovely breakfast and the owners just make it

Excellent communication. Nice breakfast in the terrace with amazing views. Very helpful staff, they gave us recommendations on what to visit in the city.

The hotel is in a very noisy corner. People smoke in the terrace. But these are all relatively small things, overall everything was great.

They were very accommodating of our last minute stay and late check-in. Comfortable and clean room. They gave us a great recommendation for dinner nearby. We really enjoyed the delicious (and very typical) breakfast and beautiful views from the terrace and balcony of our room.

The bedroom was nice and comfy. Unfortunately we had to leave early and missed the breakfast on the terrace.

Very friendly hosts ready to help in any need, we came in the middle of the night and it was no problem with it, good localisation, tasty breakfasts with fresh fruits and many options - also not sweet, that is not so common in Italy :) The room was big, and very clean with a nice big balcony, and comfy beds.

For a longer stay a few shelves in the wardrobe would be helpful
