Reception staff were kind and helpful at all times. We got a suite, which is usually well beyond our price point. It was huge! Lovely terrace area outside for drinks.

The location is a bit out of the centre and, if you pick the wrong route back, it can be a nerve-wracking walk home. It’s noisy at night, but I don’t honestly think anywhere in Palermo is quiet. Cleaning could have been much better. Our beds were made daily but the sheets weren’t washed - I know because one particular stain didn’t move all week.

The size of the room was great, bed was comfortable, every day clean towels, good breakfast for the value, shower had a good pressure. Location of the hotel is quite good, close to the historical centre of the city and close to the main train station.

It was quite dusty in the room, the shower with the plastic curtain is not for cool in the hotels, carpets on the floor didnt look very clean, they should remove them. Not hotel's fault, but the neighbourhood around hotel is even more dirty as Palermo in general.

Outstanding recommendation for dinner at Trattoria Salvo, it’s the real deal.

The hotel is across the street from the local emergency room, there is action there 24/7. We were not disturbed by the ambulances.

Very kindly organized a transfer from airport for me and had a driver waiting for me.. driver waited at the hotel until I got in safe which was lovely as it was late at night and I was traveling alone. mini bar nice touch after long day traveling and getting in late to have drinks in room

Clean room, spacious and clean bathroom. Close to the train station and close to the main tourist attractions . Friendly staff . (The surrounding streets can discourage you… but in 10 minutes walk the landscape changes .)

Old towels with a bad smell -mold. (I always have my own towel )

Good location of hotel – 10 minutes from railway station, 15 minutes from The Norman Palace. Hotel is easy to find. Apartment contains clean, modern bathroom.

Noise was problem for me. Walls are thin between apartments. You can easily hear everything from neighbors.

Very good accommodation within walking distance of the center of Palermo. When returning from the city at night, I recommend sticking to the main streets.
