The location is great and the host (Roberto) was very accommodating. Our a/c broke and he fixed it straight away. He was always available on whatsapp which was very handy. He also gave us some local recommendation which were great. The room was very spacious, had a balcony and had a very high ceiling.

The only thing that I could think of relates to the noise outside the room. I don't overly mind it because of the location but occasionally you do hear the odd loud motorbike or rowdy teens in the roads below. I think it's to be expected because of where the suite is and overall we still had great sleep.

Superb location and very good communication prior to arrival. We normally choose en suite rooms, but the external bathroom was exclusively for us, almost next door, and was not an issue. Spotlessly clean. Bed and pillows very comfortable. WiFi worked well for us. Big and comfortable communal lounge which we generally had to ourselves. We chose their local secure garage option to park for our 2 nights. It was only a short walk away and we would recommend.

Only slight issue was that it would have been good to receive information in advance about the ZTL zone and how to buy and pay for the tickets. It was actually very simple, but for anyone not familiar with these zones - this was our first experience - it was a big unknown and resulted in a number of questions being asked ... all of which were well answered.

Localisation is really great, on a palace with very atypical and high volumes, the host (Roberto) was extremelly kind and helpful with great tips. We really enjoyed our stay We had the biggest room (thanks to Roberto) which was amazing, the beds are big and comfy, the room was clean and recently renovated.

Be well noticed that if you choose the smallest room, then the bathroom will be outside of the room. That could change drastically your experience if you are not prepared :-) In our case we switched to a bigger one. It missed luggage rack but i'm sure they will add ones

I have never before experienced such exceptional hospitality. Roberto went so far above and beyond ensuring that we were comfortable, I cannot thank him enough. We encountered some personal problems during our time in Palermo that may have ruined the trip if it had not been for Roberto’s help and kindness. Additionally, the property itself was beautiful and in a fantastic location - you can easily walk to all the major attractions and great restaurants. The bed was super comfy and the rooms were very clean.

We loved our stay at Moncada Suites and apartments. It had everything we needed, was in a very convenient location and felt very safe. A very big thank you to Roberto who assisted with our stay at the property. He went above and beyond what was expected. Which made our trip really special. By far the best host we have ever had. We would highly recommend staying here.

it was a perfect location-right in the city center within walking distance of most major sights, but on a small, quiet street lined with vendors in the daytime. The building is an old palace that has been renovated and is beautiful. Our host, Roberto was very personable, anxious to answer any questions and speaks excellent English

Everything was perfect! Roberto was a great host, even we came really early he was able to let us in and we could leave our luggage and then enter the apartment earlier. The location is perfect and safe, in the center but quiet at night. Highly recommended for families.

All good but maybe a table to work on in the apartment (when using a laptop for example) though there is a very big shared lounge with a large table and a very beautiful ceiling

we had a great stay at the hotel. This one is very well located near buses and the city center. Roberto is very friendly and gives recommendations, and helps us! The lady who cleans the rooms is also very nice. Thank you 😊

absolut superb place to stay in the city! all sights are easily reached and the rooms are in an newly renovated palazzo.

welcome was a bit hurried, no code for wi-fi and we felt somewhat left alone during our stay without contact at the checkout . for the time in December bedsheets were too thin and quite cold during the night.
