Lovely location overlooking the port of Palermo and next to the Botanic Gardens and the marina. It was a 10-15 min walk to the centre but there were plenty of places to eat and drink en route . It had a beautiful pool which was much needed in the heat of August.The staff were very helpful and friendly and the spacious rooms were cleaned daily and had air conditioning. The breakfast was fabulous-great variety with local specialities and the option of eating in the garden.

There were only 2 tiny issues for me - I’d have appreciated more storage in the room -there was certainly space for some more and a seat on the balcony to better appreciate the stunning views. But these were very small issues which did not distract in anyway from our enjoyment and I would happily return

Very friendly and helpful staff which made the stay very enjoyable. You can tell they take a lot of pride in training their employees. Rooms were a good size and comfortable. Overall a great place to stay in Palermo.

Although the views are great, I would have preferred to stay in a more centralized location. You are 15 to 20 minutes walking from city center from this hotel. While I don’t mind walking, as a female solo traveler my concern was the homeliness near the hotel and walking alone in the evenings in the area. Maybe if I wasn’t alone I wouldn’t have minded so much. Also DO NOT take the taxis that are just sitting in front of the hotel. I got ripped off by one of them on my first day. I mentioned to the staff and they were alarmed. They advised me to ask them to call me a taxi in the future.

centrally located just walking distance to historical site and city center. nice and very accommodatable staff. allowed us to change to higher floor room.

the hotel doesn't have any free parking. actually there are public parking in front of the hotel, just outside the lobby. it were sadly controlled by some shady group of people asking for money and insist that you cannot park there unless you pay them. what a scum. there are guarded and gated parking beside the hotel. it cost 20€ per day.

Beds were so comfy we couldn't get up early enough to go have a nice long leisure breakfast. Was a little disappointed in the parking but luckily we were able to find parking each day very close to the hotel. Would be nice if the hotel would buy space for parking so we don't have to worry if we will find parking when we return to the hotel.

Lobby was quite warm. Is there no air conditioning in the lobby? One elevator stopped working and this made going up & down very difficult with a full hotel.

Excellent staff the best I have ever encountered. Pool area very nice, very attentive lifeguard. The breakfast was perfect for the 5 of us and we looked forward to the selection each day. Staff were very kind dealing with my sisters allergy food requests. Dining was a pleasure both at lunch on the pool terrace Aqua Bar & in the dining room in the evening. The rubbish bins are close to the pool area & could be aromatic although cleared regularly

Providing breakfast is actually helpful i n the area as no other nearby places operating early. If the room booking doesn't come with the breakfast, it will be a hassle. Room: quite sizeable, and clean. Terrace is nice. Can see the scenary.

Breakfast: Kept repeating the same things. No new menu added. No variety. Taste so so only. Can be very boring if eating for more than 2 days. Only provide one bottle of drinking water per day. The tap water cannot be used as drinking water, regardless of boiling it or not. This is very inconvenient. The front desk is not helpful at all in this matter.

everything was very clean, the room with the balcony was nice with a good working Aircone. we could have an early check-in , free parking on the street possible, or on a private parking place for a cost. the breakfast/restaurant is in a beautiful quiet garden and the pool is a wonderful place to cool down after a walk through the loud and dirty city of Palermo

you had to wait always a long time for drinks or food at the bar, pool bar....they should have more waiters, but it is a minor issue compared yo all the positive things.

We had a genuinely great stay. The hotel upgraded us after we arrived as we came on a mini moon. Reviews had worried us but they didn’t need to! Staff were great, the lovely guy behind reception went above and beyond to translate to our taxi driver on departure too. Room was clean, pool was great for a city hotel.

Area isn’t the best but definitely not a huge worry.

That when we were disappointed and unhappy with a 'superior' room, staff located a larger room at not extra charge. I think it was the room for disabled guests, but it was fine. THE ROOMS WERE EXCEEDINGLY WELL CLEANED.

We paid extra for a superior room and it extremely small.I would not describe it as superior by any stretch.
