The room with Balcony is spacious, well equipped and well decorated. The location is a big plus, 5 min walk from the train station, perfect for travelers. It's also a short walk from restaurants and the beach. Adriana is a fabulous host, we checked in late in the evening and she made sure we got to the room OK. She helped printing our boarding passes too, thank you Adriana :)

It was very clean. They were cleaning the room everyday! Super close to the beach and Central train station. At the same time the flat is located in the top center of Pescara, where many shops, restaurants and cafes can be found. You can really feel the Italian spirit in this area. Admirations for the great communicatiin with Adriana (the flat host) who were very nice all the time (she booked taxis for us, as well was always ready to answer my qiestions). Finally, a great idea for the breakfast to be in cafe Ideale, which is just 50 m from the flat. They offered us lovely cappochino and yumi yumi croissans! I strongly recoomnd you to visit!

This is a very neat B&B very near the train station. Walking distance from the beach. Many restaurants and bars close by, nevertheless quite despite some construction on the street below. Simple rooms but very clean (cleaned daily).

The lady was very helpful as I booked the room quite last minute due to the change of my schedule. It was about 9pm in the evening and I booked about an hour before arriving. She wasn't there. But I asked the next door B&B stuff to give her a call and then she came to open the door for me. Clean room and excellent location. Breakfast in the room. Good value. Recommended

Great localisation, close to the beach and train station. good idea with the breakfast in local Coffee Ideale.

The staff are exceptional. The location is absolutely excellent and the room was quite large.

The room was very dated, with bad decor, the bed was not comfortable and the bathroom requires some renovation.
