Enjoyed a 3 night stay in Pescara with some of my family. Rooms 402 to 404. Best feature of the hotel is the staff and from the front desk to the chamber maids they were all great. Difficult to highlight anybody but a honourable mention to Giuseppe (Joseph) and Micaela on the front desk who we had the most interaction with. Location was good for us because we were not bothered about venturing too far and wide and walked everywhere we needed to. Breakfast was also a highlight with enough choice for all dietary needs.

Very minor maintenance things in the hotel bathroom which I am sure are being addressed.

The staff is probably the real highlight of this hotel, they're extremely kind and attentive to any detail. The location is very central although Pescara is fairly small and easily walkable. The room was great, big enough with a nice bathroom and a gigantic balcony. The breakfast and aperitivo are above average in terms of possible choices and quantity of both drinks and food. The parking was right next to the structure and the interiors were quite nice and really clean.

The only thing that could be better and is easily improvable are the pillows They are pretty standard like you would find in most hotels but aren't very comfortable. I much prefer softer pillows which you can make into the perfect height for your neck.

We chose the Victoria Hotel as we wanted to visit a relative's grave in the Sangro River War Cemetery and Pescara seemed the ideal base from which to do this. From the first to the last minute of our stay, the staff at the Victoria were friendly and helpful; just absolutely lovely people. The hotel is small, very clean and well appointed. It's in a quiet street, ideally located for the train/bus station, numerous restaurants/cafes/shops and the seafront. It's a great place to stay.

Wow! Over the top customer service! From the time we arrived, Josef, and other staff were eager to please. We were offered a Welcome Drink of our choice. I asked for Amaretto but when they didn't have that, they offered me Auruma, a delicious orange liqueur produced in that area. The room was simply decorated and was clean and comfortable. They offered a robe and slippers, and I really love the paintings on all of the room doors! Breakfast was excellent and you could even request a made to order omelet. They aim to please and even offered us an opportunity to take food to go from breakfast as we were leaving, which proved to be really helpful on a day with lots of train travel and no time to get lunch.

The shower was tiny, but that's not uncommon in Italy. We had a balcony, but not much of a view. There really isn't much to complain about!

The staff at the Victoria Hotel are exceptional. Everyone we spoke to was friendly and helpful. They went out of their way when we arrived to direct us around the local one-way system and looked after our hire-car when we were in the hotel. The welcome drink was very welcome and breakfast was of a very good standard. The level of customer service is something you rarely get these days.

The only minor fault was that the smell of disinfectant used to clean the room was a little over-powering when we arrived.

Nothing but Positive to say about this Wonderful Hotel...The Staff is Perfection...From the First Day until our last morning...There honestly was not one thing to ever complain about...and the Beautiful Breakfast Buffet was delicious and fresh and items made to order...Thankyou..We would highly recommend this lovely hotel to all...In our views, not a person would be disappointed...Again...A huge Thankyou....Lou and Deborah Memme.....

Friendly, helpful, happy staff who genuinely wanted to make our stay the best experience possible. Hotel is on a quiet cobbled street and perfectly positioned for the beach, shops, and vibrant restaurants and bars. Gym had a treadmill, cross trainer and rowing machine as well as a dedicated weights area and mats.

Bed was a little bit hard, but it didn’t disrupt sleep.

All the staff were excellent and friendly. The breakfast was one of the best we experienced during this trip in which we stayed in nine different hotels. A hot cook to order option was offered each morning. A welcome drink was a nice gesture by the management. The location could not be bettered close to the railway station, beach and bars/restaurants.

The staff was exceptionally friendly and the service was amazing. Breakfast is literally open to whatever you would like to eat. The food was delicious, and the coffee and bar were great. Location is so close to the beach and main shopping that you have no issues. Parking seems difficult pulling in, but the staff handles your car and brings it when you need. Overall, just such a lovely visit! Thank you for everything.

Nothing, it more than met my expectations.

This is a great hotel. its location is just right for everything you need whilst staying in Pescara, the beach just around the corner, a wide variety of restaurants, shops and bars within two minutes walk, and with a small supermarket almost next door - everything is so easy. The hotel is on a pedestrianised street, that you can drive on, so you can park outside the main doors and go straight in., the hotel will move the car if they need to - mine never needed moving throughout the weeks stay. The Breakfast is anything you want and anyway you want it. Their is a good spread and the kitchen is on hand for any requests. All of the staff are just great and very pleasant without being a nuisance, they will offer local information and help whenever needed. The spa room is small but has all of the key features and is very well looked after. I have been travelling to this location for several years, I have stayed in many hotels in and around Pescara, but seem to think I have missed out by not using this hotel more. Based on my latest stay, this hotel will be my first choice for future visits to Pescara. Thanks

The only down-side, If any, was my large corner balcony had a poor view of overlooking other buildings. not much of an issue as these didn't seem to be accommodation blocks and I didn't spend much (if any) time on the balcony.
