Perfect location, close to bus terminal, clean, very good breakfast with wide choice of meal, good value for such price

some renovation is required, beds could be more comfortable a little, but in total hotel is fine!

This is a "historic" hotel (see the plaque by the front door) that is showing its age. However, the rooms, beds, and bathrooms are clean, which for me is the most important thing. The free bottle of water in the minibar is a nice touch. Breakfast was fine.

Unfortunately, the walls are thin. I was in room 218, and in the late afternoon there was a woman in 217 talking very loudly on the phone for about an hour, and then in the evening from about 9 p.m. to 9.45 there was a man talking very loudly on the phone. Why do people have to talk so loudly on the phone?

The hotel is clean, the room is tidy and the terrace is comfortable. The breakfast is good, there are choices for salty and sweet. The garage is available for an additional fee and is located nearby and is safe. The beach is clean and nearby.

Location is great - beach, galleries, bars, restaurants all within a very short waking distance. Hotel was very nice and very good value for money. Breakfast was a buffet style typical continental breakfast with a selection of croissants, doughnuts etc, a couple of cereals, bread, ham and cheese and sometimes a selection of fruit. Tea coffee and fruit juice were also served..

A kettle with tea and coffee making facilities would have been good.

- nice Italian-style breakfast - just 7 minutes walk from the beach - the personnel at reception is super nice and gave me advice on where to eat - I really liked that there was a mini-fridge in the room - the cleaning lady is also very nice

Overall my stay was pretty good and the hotel definitely exceeded my expectations. If I was to be very picky, I'd say: - the hair dryer is extremely old and doesn't have much power - it would be nice if the body soap and the shampoo in the shower were separate - the shower is a bit mouldy

The hotel is fine and I liked that they offered me a generous parking place inside a building nearby the hotel.

The hotel is located a little bit far from beach. For one or two nights is all right, but if you intend to spend a whole vacation on Pescara beach, prepare yourself for good physical exercise on your ways go/return towards/from the beach.

I keep coming back once or twice a year. Love the proximity to the bus station and the beach. People running this hotel are very friendly and helpful, definitely worth the money.

The staff were friendly. We were able to park in a locked garage. Breakfast was good. Our room had a lot of space, including the bathroom. The location is fantastic! There are lots of restaurants and shops just meters away. Highly recommend.
