The excellent location and great reception stuff. Great location and great room with view.

The lady at the breakfast room advertising in front of other guests that we need to pay for breakfast and we had already informed reception that we would but she insisted 2 times in front of other guests which is very impolite. Also the eggs were finished and I politely informed her cause another guest was shy,to,ask and this server came with a plate of eggs at my table and when I told her its not for me she made a loud sound of irritation and the other guests looking at her at us. If she is racist cause my husband is dark I'm really sorry for her but her actions of trying to,humiliate a guest,should be reprimanded.

Breakfast included with the room reservation. Nice selection, amazing cappuccinos! Staff was helpful and accommodating. Was traveling with my daughter. When we got to the room we found there was only one bed (had asked for 2 in the confirmed reservation). Desk staff immediately moved us to another room with the same amazing view-- and 2 beds. Had breakfast and dinner in the Terrazzo (rooftop restaurant). Amazing views of Pescara beach. At dinner they sent over waitstaff fluent in English. Ferdi was incredibly helpful and professional. The wine list looked like our local yellow pages....one listing after another. He asked if I would trust him to recommend a bottle of wine that would complement our (fabulously delicious btw....) meal. We took a chance and what he brought was perfect and produced locally in the Abruzzo region-- and it was NOT the most expensive selection. In fact, far from it.

Our room faced Pescara beach and offered an amazing view of the Adriatic along with a nice breeze. In the distance we could barely make out Croatia! We saw the most brilliant sunrises. The one drawback is that our side of the hotel also faces the square (you can see it in the photo above) where a lot of people congregate. Seems like people tend to stay up late in Italy. It was a bit noisy (and we were on the 4th floor) for our liking but it did not prevent us from falling asleep and getting a good night's sleep. One minor complaint is that we were not able to charge our dinner to the room. Fortunately, they accept credit cards.

The hotel is in a great location directly across the street from a beautiful beach. It’s a classy older hotel built in 1913. It still has a lot of class and atmosphere. We ate dinner in the rooftop Hotel restaurant. The food was good and the waiter was excellent, however there was no English language menu so we had to guess a bit, but that’s part of the adventure of traveling to another country. There was easy parking in a garage right next to the hotel, those small it was exactly what we needed. The desk clerk was wonderful and supportive and helpful. He told us that he was working until 10 o’clock at night and had to come back in at 6 o’clock the next morning so we dealt with him both days of our stay. He was great.

There was nothing bad about the hotel.

Wonderful view in the perfect location, just on the edge of town and across the road from the beach and bord walk. Breakfast in the roof top restaurant was ample and served by a very friendly and help full member of staff along with beautiful views of the sea.

There was not tea and coffee making facility in the room and very few sockets.

Every single member of staff at this hotel are awesome, so polite and helpful, the hotel is well located for those wanting to take advantage of the beautiful beach, lots of amazing eateries within walking distance. Renovations have taken place on some levels in the rooms.

The hotel looks tired it is in need of an external/internal freshen up.

Breakfast was excellent. Nice variety. Staff was very friendly, location wad excellent. Loved the room, will hopefully be able to stay there again.

Maybe just WiFi could have been better. It was a little spotty.

The breakfast on the roof top was not good, cold unappetising eggs, bacon and sausage, dry cakes… The coffee was excellent though The decor was tacky and unappealing, totally over the top, simply get rid of the nasty fake flowers, lemons, foliage and just have beautiful fairy lights

It was central walking distance to shops in the square and across the road from beach.

The hairdryer is awful, it’s a hose with some air whispering out of. The hotel is relatively clean but us in fire need of refurbishment. Parking 20€ must be booked and only for one night I

The view was spectacular. Amazing restaurants just across the street, plenty of shopping. the location could not e better. walking distance to the train station. will definitely stay here again!

Perfect location right across the road from the beach, close to restaurants and supermarkets. Very friendly and helpful staff on reception and in the rooftop restaurant. Large, clean room and bathroom, with very comfortable bed. Would highly recommend and will stay here again.
