The location was amazing, just a few steps away from Pescara's main road Vittorio Emanuele. There is a newspaper stall in front of it and many nice bars and restaurants near by. Extremely helpful is the huge (and fairly cheap) parking space 200 meters away from the BnB. The staff was friendly and available to answer all of our questions. Nice breakfast, even though not excellent. The room was quiet and clean.

There were not many downsides. Possibly the bathroom required minor adjustments and the view from the room was nothing impressive. The room was a bit expensive, even though in line with the prices of Pescara during the summer season.

Clean and comfortable B&B in a great location close to the centre, the beach and the station. Friendly and helpful staff and a decent breakfast with good options. It suited our group for our one night stay.

The staff is very welcoming and friendly. Thanks to daily cleaning, the room is very clean.

It is inconvenient to eat in the room. It would be possible to put a table and chairs on the terrace.

We really enjoyed our stay in Pescara, everything was working fine in hotel. Close to the beach, about 10 minutes walk, also supermarket is close to the hotel, placed in the city centre that is advantage.😊

AC was sometimes shut off when we arrived back.

We liked the location close to the city center (5 min walk) and the beach (10 min walk). Also hosts were gentle and helpful, they tried to make the breakfast as cosy as possible even if there is no possibility to take the breakfast other way than siting on the bed (no chairs for 4 members family)…the terrace was fine for drying the swim suites and towels as it was SW oriented and hot. Not for evening sitting…at least not in july😂

As we have been in the upper floor under the roof, there was a terrible hot in the room. A/C did not help as it was centrally switched off each time we left the room. When we came back from the beach, the air in the room was unbreathable (over 30* C). It took 2-3h to bring it to some 27-28*C. Quick win is to let run the A/C round the clock (of course not economical for the host, but could be included in the room charge, the price was above the mid market anyway…). The room as such is not suitable for 4 people, but rather for 2. Even if there is some kind of “second room” (2x2 metres) without door in front of the bathroom, it is not suitable for sleeping as no air exchange nor A/C present there. We had to move 2 mobile beds to the “main” room so that we all 4 could survive the night somehow…
