The staff is exceptionally friendly. We were sincerely greeted by the concierges every time we left or entered the hotel. They were helpful and gladly answered any questions. The hotel is very clean, modern and situated at a 10 minute walking distance from the beach so it is very quiet. The room was cleaned daily and the towels changed. The breakfast is excellent especially if you have a sweet tooth! Within a few minutes, by walking through a bus station, you reach Corso Umberto, a pedestrian street filled with restaurants and exclusive boutiques. You’ll arrive at the beach by walking along Corso Umberto for approximately 10 minutes.

This was a perfect hotel for our overnight stop on a long roadtrip between Italy and France. The hotel is cute and cheerful in terms of design. The staff was nice and helpful. The service is simple with a smile. The breakfast was good and offered a lot of choices. As usual, in this region the non gluten and non dairy options are limited, yet there are few options: fruits, gluten free packaged breads/crackers, jams etc. There is no option for ordering an omelette of your choice or even hard boiled eggs, but that is typical for a lot of non full service hotels. We were okay with that since we were looking for a hotel with a nice and comfortable atmosphere and that was clean with breakfast. The location is good too since it is a few minutes walk from the center where we had dinner. The restaurant was recommended by the hotel and the food was good. The room was comfortable. We had two full size beds for us and our child. There is not a lot of closet space or dressers for cloths, but we did not need it. Parking is on the property of the hotel and very convenient too.

While the location is close to the city, its also right next to the highway and feels like an industrial area. Not very charming. For a 1 night stay, we did not care. In general, for a stop over this was a great hotel. We did not have a chance to really explore Pescara so we really can't share a lot about the area and its relationship to the hotel.

Newly refurbished, nicely smells. 2.Very cool bathroom. 3.Good breakfast, we’ve found also healthy stuff (not only sweet croissants) 4.We stayed in room 304 and didn’t hear the neighbors, which is VERY rare in Italy. 5.Friendly staff. 6.Location is 5 min away to the main bar streets and 10-12 min away from the sea.

1.In our room 304 air conditioning didn’t work, but the hotel gave a discount for the stay. 2.The hotel is just next to the train station. for us it was totally fine, but may be someone would prefer to be a bit furthe away.

Excellent location - only 5 minute walk from the start of the main street and the town centre and a short walk down the street was the beach. The staff were so polite and friendly and helpful - nothing was too much trouble - got me taxi's, coffee in the early morning whilst I waited for a taxi, advice on where to go etc. Hotel room was very nice - stylish, modern, wonderful lighting, amazing shower, toiletries and bathrobe provided

No tea/coffee making facilities in the room

Hotel breakfast was varied, with choice of continental and English breakfast items. Room was comfortable and very clean. The hotel is located jiust a short walk form the centre and close to both a bus station and train station. We couldn't have asked for better.

It is difficult to write two or three sentences when we were extremely pleased and could not find anything at fault. We don't feel the need of this section as there was really nothing we could complain about.

The hotel is very close to the train terminal and an easy flat walk into the main shopping and dining areas. The staff were excellent and the breakfast buffet had a wide selection. Rooms were a little small, but very clean.

There are no tea/coffee making facilities in the room and the aircon did not work and was very stuffy. The aircon panel was not user friendly, no instructions. Don’t open the window instead as it is very noisy and the mosquitoes will get in.

Everything about the facilities were perfect for our needs. The room was comfortable and nicely appointed, but most importantly very quiet, despite being right next to the train station and lots of traffic. The location was great as it was near the pedestrian area, with loads of shops, restaurants and cafes. Good selection of foods at the breakfast bar and an added bonus that it was open until noon (which is very uncommon for a hotel).

There wasn't anything we didn't like about the hotel.

Great hotel. We had a wonderful stay. Lovely staff, very clean room, all the amenities you might need are at your disposal. Breakfast was great and served over many hours. Check-in and check-out were very smooth. Even though the hotel is next to a train station and busy street, windows are very thick and you cannot hear any noises from outside. Comfortable, large beds and good quality bed sheets. Would recommend.

The only recommendation I'd make would be to provide free water and tea/coffee making facilities in rooms. Other than that, all was great.

Some peculiar features in the room: a large mirror wall with the TV (no English channels) obscuring most of where you want to look at yourself, a safe almost on the floor and far back on a shelf under the bathroom sink that wouldn't unlock even if you could stand the pain of getting on the floor to try and open it as instructed by reception, a mini bar in the main room which stuck out at a weird height to hit your shoulders at times and with no space to put any of your own stuff in,

Buffet breakfast and breakfast staff were excellent. The room was spacious as well as clean and the beds very comfortable. Additionally, the hotel is conveniently located, within close proximity by car from the airport, also the train station is easily accessible, and the city as well as beaches are a short walk.
