The staff was really friendly and helpful, they gave us a lot of information and helped us making phonecalls. Breakfast was nice a lot of prepacked stuff. The room and bathroom were big and comfortable. Provided with enough towels, showergel and showercaps. Lots of room to store your belonings.

The hotel doesn't have a 24/7 reception. When you arrive at the hotel after 23.00 o'clock, you can't enter from the main entrance. You need go all the way around the hotel and enter via a door in the garage. It was difficult to find the garage, luckily a guest saw us struggeling and helped us. Also checking out was very unpleasant because of that, we left early morning and the doors were closed. We had to go down to the garage with our suitcases and walk all the way around to the front of the hotel to our taxi. The girl at the reception told us the evening before, that we could call someone (that lives across the hotel) to help us if we needed anything. When we called, the person wasn't helpful to us, unfortunately

We had an amazing stay at Hotel Kairos Garda and the staff were the absolute best. Very helpful, warm and kind, always at any time. Especially the host Diana, she is the absolute sweetest we’ve ever met. When arriving we had a misunderstanding about our room. We booked a 4 bed room for a family of 5 including our 1 year old baby that we wished a crib for. This was unfortunately not possible because the crib couldn’t fit in the room. But Diana helped us to stay at the apartments instead, with much more space for our family and kids without any problems, discussions or extra cost. She also is the most hardworking woman, she fixed everything for us the night we came. Prepared the apartment for us, did the cleaning, brought the baby crib etc. All this while taking care of the rest of the hotel. Always very informative and positive any time we needed help with sightseeing or anything. Impressive! We will never forget the warm welcoming and are very thankful for you making us feel like home. The room and hotel was always very clean, breakfast great with good service. The location of the hotel is great, by car it’s close to the beach, restaurants, food stores, Gardaland that we visited and much more. We had the best time and the area was so beautiful to visit. We made a lot of wonderful memories. We stayed for 4 fantastic days, from the 3-7 of July. We definitely recommend Hotel Kairos Garda to everyone who are visiting. The quadruple room and bathroom are quite large and super clean. Staff was so helpful, friendly and greeted us with a smile every morning for breakfast. Breakfast was very good and fresh. The hotel is very well kept, and well located only few minutes away from the parks and Lake Garda. Parking is free on site. I highly recommend this hotel since my family and I had a fabulous 4 night stay.

This was the second time near Gardaland with the kids. Fist time, it was in a big and marvelous hotel. Great, no doubt, but expensive. Kairos, on the other hand, is just perfect. Simple, clean, cosy. It is close to all the attractions and has a much better value for money. Also, there was a very nice restaurant nearby. Really nice staff. Excellent breakfast. I would definetely stay here again.

My family stayed in this hotel for 2 days. We were visiting Gardaland. We took family room for 5 persons. Room and toilet are very spacious,beds are comfortable. Room and hotel.are perfectly clean, everything smells fresh. Hotel is in very good condition, I didn' see any damages. Breakfast was standard buffet, there was all we need. The best about this hotel is proffesional, helpful and friendly staff. We would like to come here again 💖

We really liked everything! The room was spacious, bright and very clean. Same goes for the bathroom. Beds were very comfortable too. The hotel has its own parking outside and an underground garage that can be reached by elevator. super practical, especially for the hot days. But, definitely the most amazing asset of the hotel is the staff. Michaela at the reception was extremely nice and patently answered all of our questions, ensuring to cover everything we might need. The rest of the staff was also great and friendly. And they did the most adorable thing for me during breakfast. Namely, it was my birthday that day and after assuring that they got the right room, they came out with a small decorated cake with a birthday candle and sang the Happy birthday “ song for me. Just amazing! Breakfast was also great: plenty of choice and very tasty!

The only thing we found missing is a pavement to be able to have a safer walk along the road.

Fantastic. The hotel is very beautiful, modern, great breakfast, large rooms, comfortable beds, friendly and attentive staff, free parking, in short and a perfect location close to tourist attractions and restaurants. I will come back and recommend it. Thank you very much for hosting

Everything perfect

Very pleased with the hotel, rooms are large (with king size beds) and very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was quite good as well. Staff is very kind and helpfull. Free parking with plenty of spaces. Location is perfect to visit Garda Lake surroundings. My only complaint would be about the pillows (neck pain every morning)

We were two families with young kids and had some difficult circumstances. The staff went out of their way to help us out any way they could, and really made us feel like we were their house guests, rather than hotel customers. 10/10 would come back again !

Nothing at all

Lovely staff! The customer care seems to be the most important target for the owner. Good breakfast, overall compared with the category of the hotel (3 stars). The waitress Oksana is very gentle. The location is perfect for visinting the amusement park like Gardaland that is far not more than 2 Km.
