A lovely three story property with roof terrace and little sitting area outside the front door. Just off a main piazza a couple of hundred metres from the beach and bridge. Great buffet breakfast included if you show your key in the restaurant next door BEFORE you order. Perfect for two couples with one bedroom on the upper floor and one lovely big bedroom below ground level.

Stairs wouldn’t be good for anyone unsteady I guess. The untidiness of the next door roof top terraces detracted from the aesthetics of the perfectly nice terrace on this property. But close your eyes and you could happily sunbathe up there on a couple of loungers provided.

The location was amazing and Paolo took care of the transport service from station to reception, reception to the room, and from room to reception and reception to the station. Basically, no need to walk due to their premium service. The breakfast was incredibly good and we were not expecting it at all! Special thanks to Paolo, Erica, Daniela and the other girls at the reception for the marvelous welcome.

The room should have a system to keep the air fresh.

Cosy,picturesque,centrally located in the heavenly little streets of Polignano a Mare. Room is just charming and well-equiped,also with air conditioning, a small fridge and a coffee maker. You can have rich breakfast (continental:sweet pastries,fruits,cereals but also ham and salami,cheese,bacon and scrambled or boiled eggs.Still or sparkling water for a drink,two kinds of juice,espresso/cappuccino or late) at the restaurant that is like a minute walk from the room, and you eat on a terrace in the lovely square. There is a beach Lama Monachile just a few minutes walk from the room,but it can be crowded-I recommend to go there early in the morning-there was no one at 7 AM which is ideal for swimming. A breathtaking views on the sea are also like five minutes walk from the accomodation. Erika, who handled my check in and check out was really nice and helpful.

A room that I was staying in, had a staircase that lead to the bathroom in the basement that can be a problem for someone with mobility impairment.

Erika is a great host! I have to thank her again for her patience. She also talks English very well which was rare in Puglia 😅. Location was the best, right in the center and last than a minute from the best view. We had a 3 levels house in the center, not the one with blue we first saw in the picture. The breakfast was a buffet at a restaurant next to the house, it was good and it saved us cause we’ve spent a lot of time travelling between cities so we didn’t get to eat again until night 🥰

The stairs feel a bit dangerous, one bedroom was upstairs, the kitchen and bathroom downstairs and another bedroom another level downstairs. I would not recommend it if you have small children. in the weekend it also gets crowded and being right in the center there might be some noises. The coffee machine is pretty broken :( and the house smells a bit old. It’s pretty charming but it could be a bit upgraded. The bed upstairs isn’t the best, but for me it was fine :) depends how pretentious you are. I would personally change the coffee machine, add a big mirror and some house perfume.

Great location in the old town...can see the sea from the roof top and 5 mins walk away from reception. If you need anything reception are really prompt on whatsapp communication and delivery Well worth visiting ...wish we had longer! Great with booking trips and transport

They just need to ensure the breakfast order is correct...we didn't always get what we ordered but it was still good

The communication, tips, and advice from the staff (Erica & Paulo) were exceptional. They always made sure our stay was comfortable and to ask them if we needed anything. Breakfast was delivered on time with a smiling and friendly face. Great place, great location. The AC is brilliant on those super hot days!

I liked it all, location, cleanliness, cost.

Really great place in three levels. We thought the pictures didn't do it justice. The beds were great, it was nicely decorated, and the terrace on the roof was lovely. There are sun beds and umbrellas you can use to get some shade up there. You can see the water cross the rooftops, and a lot of other roofs from up there (and they can see you). As others have said, there are stairs to take note of, if this is an issue for you. Our check in and check out was really easy and quick. We had with everything we needed. Out host responded really quickly on our messages. Location is perfect, we really liked being able to go home for a shower and break from the heat in the middle of the day. I highly recommend walking the city though, and not just staying around the central square. The lookout spots are to die for, go there when the sun is setting and get blown away. Also literally, hold on to our hat and dress as it gets windy there. Overall, a really great place. We highly recommend it!

Location was lovely. Just off the square. It is a fabulous place to get lost in Having a buffet breakfast was an added extra. Apartment was big - over several floors and nicely decorated

WIFI was a bit come and go - by the time we realised it was off, it came on again. We slept on the first floor in a bed where the mattress was too small for the bed. This made it uncomfortable. We could have moved to the basement but the room upstairs was much nicer The terrace was very unattractive - I would not have wanted to sit up there but having the space outside the front door was nice. The stairs (as made clear in the information and reviews) were quite something. If you need to get up in the night you need to be confident going up and down them,

The room was super cute....all stone inside and very clean. Good espresso maker and refrigerator. The location was great for walking-about 10 mins walk to train and 5 mins to many shops and restaurants. We were glad to have the drapes that could cover the door way to block people walking by from looking directly into the room. Check in and out were super easy at the pizza restaurant 3 mins away. The breakfast at the pizza restaurant was excellent-many choices including fruit, breads, pastries, eggs, bacon, yogurt and fruit. I would recommend this room for a couple that wants to be in the middle of it all:)

The bed was comfortable but a bit too short (and we are not tall people.) The air conditioner did not work consistently, but the owner came to remedy the situation very quickly. The power went on and off many times (which may have been because of the extreme heat?) As far as the location goes, being in the center of everything, we definitely heard everything as well.....many loud people walking by late into the night (until 2 or 3 in the morning.) Also, many people stopped to take pictures right outside our door as there were poem steps directly next to us.

Excellent location, near the shops, the sea. I was able to find a parking place nearby as it’s a nightmare to park in August. It was also very clean and the staff was really good.

Nothing really, maybe the bed was a bit on the hard side. But I was able to sleep very well.
