Incredible views both day and night! The view from our balcony was stunning and you could spend hours up on the large roof terrace - breakfast is also served up there in a shaded area which was delightful in a morning. There is such a good breakfast food selection and proper coffees! The staff are so lovely and really want to help you with restaurant recommendations and taxis to the airport. It is is a little bit of a walk (5-10 mins) to get right down to the harbour front but we were so pleasantly surprised with how many nice restaurants there are around the hotel as well as lovely shops and it’s much nicer being a bit further away from the crowds and to have the view from a higher up position, it’s actually a perfect location. The little swimming pool is a nice bonus if you fancy a quick cool off and the mini bar is replenished daily with water and beer and we had fresh towels daily too. There is also a motorbike rental shop right opposite which was perfect as we hired a scooter for a day from there. 100% recommend for the value for money considering some of the prices of other hotels in Positano.

We loved everything about Florida residence. We had a large apartment actually too large for two people but fantatitic. It had a comfortable bed, decent bathroom, kitchenette, and a beautiful terrace overlooking Positano. The lady at the front desk, I want to say her name is Emiliana, I apologize if it is not, I should’ve written it down, was amazing! Super friendly, super helpful with area. She has a great personality. Florida Residence is very lucky to have her. The breakfast was great. Very large selection, warm and cold. Fresh juice, scrambled eggs, fried prosciutto, and fresh pastries, and croissants. You can even get an omelette made fresh. The gentleman who worked the breakfast area was very friendly, didn’t speak a lot of English, but was very sweet. Oh, I almost forgot the very sweet older woman who drove us on the golf cart to our lunch at San Pietro was a hoot. aAgain didn’t speak a lot of English, but was very sweet. Everybody in town knew her, that was a treat.

Staff: Very helpful and welcoming. Showed us the map of Positano and explained how to get to the main area. Also explained the different transport systems to get back to Napoli (which is tricky). Facility: Very clean and fresh. Really nice rainfall/fountain shower and bed was comfortable. Water in fridge and drinks (soda/beer - at a cost) in fridge. Beautiful views from room 27 (with balcony) and breakfast area on top floor. Location: Located in quiet area, restaurants nearby and "interno" orange bus stop just 2 mins away which brings you to the main area (shops/restaurants/bars/beach) for 1.80 per person. Will definitely be back!!

Can't fault much with Florida Residence. Room 27 is located just beside reception and can be a small bit noisy with people passing through the hallway. Breakfast options was brilliant and delicious but the bacon/scrambled eggs/sausages were a bit cold.

The location was perfect as it was a short walk from the best restaurants in Positano, central area, ferry terminal and beaches. Amalia, Agnello and the team were really friendly and provided 5 star service! The beds very really comfortable, we had our own private terrace to enjoy the beautiful views of Positano. We loved the breakfast on the terrace and if you’re an animal lover, Pepeta the 18 year old cat is absolutely loveable ❤️ We highly recommend this accomodation to anyone visiting Positano and we will definitely be back!

The view from our room was just stunning! The balcony was huge ! The bedroom is spacious enough for both of us . we have a mini fridge and a small water heater to make tea and coffee! The reception staff were very nice and friendly! Breakfast facilities had a stunning view as well in the garden s and had a good variety of options of pastries, eggs,juice, meats and cheeses. Also you can order omelets for a small fee. The overall vibe of this property is so relaxing!

We loved the breakfast and the attention from Genaro. Beautiful view from the terrace and a good location considering the Positano structure. The apartment is spacious, with the facilities of a kitchen and laundry.

I suggest you change the bed in the apartment next to the principal building. As a family of four with kids, we had to stay there. They assigned us a spacious apartment with facilities like laundry and a kitchen, but the main bed was uncomfortable. It is two small beds joined together with metal support. The back of the bed is made of bamboo and does not allow one to lie on it. I suggest they change the bed and add a new mattress because your current one has ups and downs. I also suggest that they renew the pillows and add a couple more. Lastly, I suggest you change the blankets because we had to use a bed cover to wrap ourselves up on a cold night.

loved where it was. Worth paying the extra for the sea view. Great they park your car on site. Good breakfast. Easy walk down into the centre. You can do as many or as little stairs as there’s the road. Quiet even though on a main road. Comfortable bed. 2nd night as they were full we were given the apartment. It’s very big with a different entrance. It’s just fine and even includes a washer. This is not a 4 star resort but it’s everything g you will need and comfortable and has air con. Staff are just great. Good stay

This hotel is a great price for its location and views. We booked a sea view room which did not disappoint. The local bus stops a few metres down from the hotel, which is very handy for getting around Positano! The staff were friendly and helpful. On our last morning, we were checking-out very early due to our flight time. The owner said we could have breakfast early that morning if we wanted. We were expecting cereal and fruit at that hour but we were pleasantly surprised to see the full breakfast done - hot and cold! They also had the heaters on for us. We have travelled a lot and have never had this experience when having to check-out very early. The owner also arranged our taxi and waited with us outside with our bags until our taxi arrived. Really lovely people!

The staff wad the most wholesome people we met in all of Italy. My wife and I hopped from city to city in Italy with positano being our last stop before leaving Italy. The staff/hotel of Florida residence were amazing, caring, amazing views, very accommodating. The owner of the embellishment sits next to the check in counter and greets you with a heart warming smile. They have to cats that are so friendly. One of them is called "papita" and she is 18 years old!!!!! And loves head scratches. On our departing day we had to leave the hotel at 6am sharp in order to get to the airport on time. Not only did they have transportation ready outside of our hotel at 5:55am but the hotel staff woke up early to make us breakfast before we left. I wouldn't stay anywhere else when I come to positano. Love this place. Highly highly highly recommend!

We were blown away by the incredible views from our balcony. The staff were very helpful and attentive, and some lovely wine available at a good price for the area! We also loved the rooftop breakfast.

We had 2 single beds in our room as requested. I am not normally a fussy sleeper and it takes a lot for me to complain about the beds. However, these were the smallest and most uncomfortable beds we have ever slept in, it made it extremely difficult to get to sleep and this has a negative impact on our time in positano because we were very tired after a very poor night’s sleep. The hotel should invest in new mattresses or some quality foam mattress toppers to address this problem. This was really disappointing because aside from this issue the hotel was 10/10.
