It was clean, comfortable, and close to the train station which made accessing Florence very easy. the staff were also very friendly and helpful.

The only issue we had was that the pillows were very flat - they didn't offer much in the way of comfort. I'm sure we would have got more if we had asked but we didn't bother. Other than the pillows the bed was comfortable.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The rooms and bathrooms were clean, pleasant smelling and comfortable. Free parking in front of the hotel is an added plus.

For a hotel of this category, the choice of breakfast is quite limited, regardless of the very reasonable price of only €5 per person. Also, dry plants, ashtrays full of cigarette butts and a slightly neglected terrace are not very attractive and that's why I give a rating of 9 out of 10.

The centrale train station was a quick 10 min stroll or .70kms. The old part of town was about a 1.2km walk - the hotel was very quiet, staff very friendly and the breakfast was the cheapest of any hotel we have stayed in Italy. The air conditioning worked really well.

Nothing. It was very hot during our stay but the hotel was nice and cool and close to most facilities.

Local shops close for Easter and we struggled to find an open coffee shop on Easter Sunday/Monday. the only option was a coffee shop at the station

very comfortable, modern room with a soft bed.

needed to catch a train to Florence. also was weird that the reception staff held our passports from check- in to check-out. usually all they need is to scan the passport or just look at it, but I’m this case we were required to hand them overly entirely until we left. Never experienced that before in a hotel or AirBnB

Was clean, close to food stores, and about .5 hour to Milan. Was decent value and having mini fridge and hot water kettle for tea and instant coffee good. Did not try the breakfast and only had dinner there once, which was average.

Nice hotel in a quite part near the center of Prato and close to Firenze and Pisa. It has a Coop supermarket across the street and nice restaurants nearby.

The air in the room did not really smell like fresh air (probably due to the airco)

was very convenient to get there just 10 min from main train station. staff was friendly and very knowledgeable. they know a lot of languages.

elevator were little bit old they need some improvement. breakfast need some food kosher too.

Close to railway station (Prato Centrale) and to city centre. Nice and cozy room, very comfortable bed, newly renovated bathroom. TV, A/C, wi-fi etc. worked without any problem. Very good breakfast (a lot food to choice - not usual in Italy), very kind and helpful staff.

A 4 star hotel where the restaurant is shut for Sunday evening dinner.
