The location is in the centre of Ibla adjacent to sites and restaurants. The rooms were very clean and the beds were comfortable. The bathroom had antique fittings which added character to the room. Rooms were cleaned and towels changed each day. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good with a wide choice to select from. We had an excellent meal in the restaurant on the evening we arrived. We were fortunate to get one of the three parking spaces outside the hotel. Otherwise parking can be hit or miss on the streets nearby.

We travelled by bus to Ragusa superior and were not impressed.Ibla is the place to stay when visiting Ragusa.

The hotel is in a great location, perfect for strolling, dining, and sightseeing. We were not sure at the time we booked, but now know that a hotel in Ibla is where you want to be. This hotel was old style elegant, with traditional furnishings, floor length drapes, brass shower fixtures, tile floors, and good storage. The bed was comfortable. We were fortunate to get one of the three free street parking spots right out front. There is a nice little enclosed courtyard with tables and chairs. Our room was only a short flight up from the courtyard. Other rooms had an elevator.

Breakfast was a disappointment. There was a large selection of fruits, meats, and cheese, all good, and of baking, including somewhat mediocre croissant and a lot of packaged items. Good cereal and jams. The scrambled eggs did not taste good, the bacon was salty and undercooked, the pot of drip coffee tasted like dishwater, a first cappuccino was excellent and the second undrinkable. That was an unexpected experience in Italy. So, good fruit, meats, cheeses, poor bacon and eggs, and poor coffee.

The accommodation has a pleasant aesthetic, it is comfortable, it has a very good location, and it is close to the city's free parking lot and close to the city's attractions. The breakfast is very tasty and sufficient, the staff is friendly.

The only negative thing was the cold room and dining room, but after we prepared for it, we were able to deal with it, it wasn't terrible. ( The room has a heater, but its capacity is limited enough )

Super large delicious selection of breakfast and good coffee

IF the restaurant next to the hotel (with the same name) belongs to the hotel, the food is disastrous. It doesn't work at all. It's really bad! The house salad was bland and dry, very overcooked eggs. The salad was missing everything. The pizza was heavy, oily and close to inedible

Very pretty hotel in convenient location. Room was quite large and comfortable. Everything worked to perfection. Staff were friendly and helpful. Two of them in particular went beyond normal helpfulness when i was delayed and arrived in the early hours of the morning. General standards of cleanliness high.

Hard to find anything negative except the lighting in the room which was rather poor.

We had a large room w good ventilation heat and cooling good hot water Very comfy beds too. Very complete breakfast w many options. Restaurant on the property is convenient and quite good especially their pizzas. Location super convenient for center of town .

Parking is a pain but that’s normal in historic centers

I’ll Barocco exceeded our expectations. The staff was very pleasant, helpful, and professional and available 24/7. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. There are so many attractions in walking distance. We highly recommend this hotel. We would definitely go back!

Everything was fabulous!

This is a delightful boutique hotel in the enchanting town of Ragusa Ibla. It is in a perfect location to be able to walk to many of the UNESCO sites in the historic center. It is well maintained and appointed in traditional decor. The staff were consistently helpful and attentive. A buffet breakfast was presented daily and included a vast array of Sicilian pastry specialties. We highly recommend this special hotel.

A beautiful hotel in a lovely location. Wonderful breakfast with fresh fruit, pastries savouries (ham/salami/eggs). Fabulous room with balcony onto street. Parking on street nearby.

Best location in Ragusa. Vety close to the cathedral piaza and also close to a parking, although there are three spaces for guests just in front of the hotel. Breakfast was very good. Fruit, cheese and ham, bread, pastries, cakes, cereals, yoghurt, ...lovely coffee
