The location is very close to the center, we could park right in front of the door on the white lines for free, Elisabeth was very kind. The rooms are spacious and we really liked that. The building is renewed and very nicely done, although if you are sensitive to humidity and slight damp smell, this might not be the best place for you.

The breakfast had both sweet and salty but the products are from the supermarket, nothing against that, but do not expect bakery products and fresh cakes. Probably this has to do with the fact that some BB cannot use the kitchen because one needs a special license for that. Coffee was ok but not particularly good and long life milk was used.

+ The accommodation is well located, just 10 minutes from the city center of Ragusa Ibla + Easy parking available right in front of the building, located on a main street. + Breakfast offered a good variety, with both savory and sweet options. + The terrace of our suite was spacious. + The room itself was large, comfortable, and newly renovated with a nice style.

- The room was unfortunately next to the breakfast area, making it a bit noisy - less ideal for those who want to sleep after 8 AM. - There was a noticeable musty smell upon entering the accommodation, which wasn’t well-ventilated, something to be aware of for anyone sensitive to odors.

We had a lovely room on the second floor. It was fairly large, with a small extra room with a futon couch -- good if one of you gets up early and wants to read. Lovely balcony looks over the somewhat busy street into the hills. Good room-darkening shades. Host responded quickly to emails and was on-site for breakfast. There was street parking available just outside, although we were not in high season. Could be harder to park if there were more people around.

Not a problem for us, but you enter at the bottom of a very steep, long flight of steps. Our room was next to the breakfast area. If we had been asleep at 8 am, this would have been a problem, but we were up, so it didn't bother us. There was some street noise, but we slept fine. The a/c seemed to just have an on and off setting, whereas most places let you set the temperature. (Maybe we just didn't get how it worked?}

The best part was Elisabet our host! She was so friendly and pleasant, and also most helpful both upon our arrival and departure. The room was excellent. Quiet at night, with a balcony overlooking the hills and countryside outside of the old town. The bed was very comfortable and the shower excellent. Breakfast each morning was plentiful and varied as well as fresh. Elisabet hosted the breakfasts and was attentive to all of the guests needs. The B&B was situated conveniently to the town center, a relatively short walk up a not-too-steep street with sidewalks. RagusaIbla. Has plenty of shops and eateries - no need to venture away. Parking was convenient on the street below the B&B.

Elisabeth contacted us before or arrival so as to optimize our check in process. She was very nice and helpful. My wife could enjoy a gluten free breakfast. The room was fantastic. It was very spacious, beautifully furnished, clean and comfortable. Especially the pillows and the bed. The original old stone walls are still visible which gives a charming touch to the room. A small balcony with a table and two chairs provided us a dazzling view. Parking was very convenient as we could park in front of the premises for free. Perfect location five minutes away from the historical center in Ragusa Ibla where all the restaurants, shops, bar and supermarket are located.

I would have enjoyed freshly baked bread for breakfast instead of only toasts. However, that is apparently the Italian way of having breakfast which usually comprises of brioches, cakes, muffins, jam, fruit, eggs, local cheese and cold cut.

The location was great (4 minutes from Ragusa Ibla), Elisabet is very kind and helpful:) The apartment was clean and comfortable, it was cleaned every day. In the room you can find mini bar, usb charges, safe, TV (I guess there were the channels in all languages), and there is a small, but cosy balcony with a beautiful view. There is available free parking near the apartment, public one, but there are always free places. The breakfast was tasty, there were available the both options the sweet and the salty (various of cheeses, cold cuts, eggs, croissants, cookies, muffins, jogurt, fruits: melon, strawberries, banans, oranges, apples). I also would like to note that we always read the opinions before the booking, and the ones that were as 'dissatisfied' that the shower is too small or there is no kettle in the room, for us are not objective, as the shower has quite normal size and if you would like to use a kettle it's also not a problem, Elisabet allows to use it from the kitchen, just enough to ping Elisabet on WhatsApp and it's not a problem at all ☺️ Thank you, Elisabet, for the stay and your hospitality🙂

Everything was great😊

This is the second 10 points for our week in Sicily! Everything was perfect here! We parked easily and free right next to the hotel entrance. and were very surprised and delighted by what we saw inside the hotel. We saw a very beautiful and stylish interior, a spacious room, a small balcony, and a modern bathroom. Special respect to the architect and designer. Elizabeth was incredibly welcoming and prepared us a nice breakfast. If we were asked if we would recommend this hotel - definitely yes!

The property was in a lovely historic building, beautifully renovated with all new fixtures but it retained the lovely stone walls, plus our room had the original tile floors that gave it additional charm! Even the newly renovated bathroom had the beautiful stone walls! The breakfast room was very unique - a full wall of windows letting in the morning light, but looking out to a natural stone cliff face with plants. The breakfast was superb, more than we could possibly eat! Parking was on the street but very closeby and easy!

The room was fantastic, very comfortable and an entire wall of windows between the room and the terrace. Amazing breakfast and hosts. The parking was also free and available for all the nights we stayed there. Close to the main attractions in Ibla.

Nothing much to say here, perhaps a bit better sound proofing between the rooms at the second floor and the breakfast area. As soon as breakfast starts, it gets a bit noisy for late sleepers.

A very comfortable and pleasing remodel of a vintage property. Creative modern design choices and build quality. Great dollar value. Fully stocked fridge with reasonable prices. Superb customer service by Elizabeth, she’s great! All rooms have amazing view of hillside. Our second floor double has a delightfully large patio with seating. Easy walk to old town attractions. Recommend the hotel highly.

Not a thing is wrong or with a shortcoming. But it could be difficult for some people with its high staircase from street (Elizabeth met us on street when we arrived by car and she helped carry luggage upstairs.)
