Amazing location, straight down from the station and near loads of shops and restaurants. Being so near the station wS great for days out on the train and plenty of regulat trains. It's possible to walk to Portofino from here with amazing views all the way and places to stop for drinks and food on the way Lovely and quiet room. Great staff, reception, cleaners and the lady with short hair who did the breakfast was meticulous restocking the breakfast stuff and clearing tables. The room was lovely, view was of a building site but obviously that is temporary! Breakfast was simple but plenty of options to fill you up.

Not the hotels fault but we were eaten alive by mosquitoes so take repellent. We couldn't open the window because of them. Not sure the air-conditioning worked very well but we never got round to reporting it. Could do with a kettle in the room. Wouldn't stop us going again

Hotel staff very welcoming and friendly the hotel is within walking distance from the train/bus stations and a 5 minute walk from the promenade with lots of shops and restaurants to choose from. Our room was clean slight disturbance from 8pm on as a nearby building is being renovated but as most guests up early not too annoying. Good choices for breakfast very pleasant staff in breakfast room.

You had to book a time for breakfast in restaurant which really seemed unnecessary No atmosphere in breakfast room Breakfast was ok Shame it let the hotel down as front desk staff were so welcoming and professional

Very friendly and available staff. I loved their smile when they welcome you. Very good value for the quality offered. Breakfast simple but straight forward.Clean environment, haven't seen dust in my room and the sheets looked pretty new. Location is a plus, there are bars and restaurants around and the beach is few yards away.

The room and the bed were quite small and there was not view from my window, even though for the price i paid i cannot really complain.

The room felt very modern and spacious, especially considering the age of the building. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast is minimal but adequate. Most of all the location of this hotel is great, with the terrace/ solarium being a huge bonus as well.

The hotel is in the very heart of Rappalo, close to everything. The building itself is old but very well maintained. The whole place inside looks like the time travel to late 80s/early 90s. All is in good shape, but looks… Well, charming. 😊

Breakfast is basic – the better choice is to have it in nearby bakeries. Otherwise, no remarks.

The staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful. The location is unbelievably close to the beach, the ferry, restaurants, shopping, and the train station. In addition you may explore Portofino, Cinque terre others within short distance from Rapallo.

All staff were friendly and polite. The location was ideal. The hotel was clean and the room wasn’t too small.

Not enough plug sockets and no where to hang wet clothing/ beach towels after a day at the beach. Plenty of food at breakfast time, however continental breakfast did not appeal to my child but there wasn’t much choice of anything else.

The hotel is a very short walk from the beach! We arrived by train and it was very easy to walk to Hotel Cavour. Once out of the train station you can see the arches in the city wall.Just walk through the arches and you can see Hotel Cavour straight ahead. We enjoyed the jacuzzi on the roof!

The view and noise of building works from our window! The air conditioning was weak.

The staff was very friendly from the second we stepped into the hotel! They answered all our questions and made us feel welcome. The room had a great air conditioning- which was very much needed in this heat. Close to the train station, the beach and the city center!
