The property is like a hotel with 4 bedrooms. Very clean, & modern with no front desk. Has air conditioning and WiFi. Owner met us in the piazza and helped us to property. Owners very attentive to questions. Location very close to Mimi restaurant & Via Cimbrone. There are 2 ways to get to location. Stairs and no stairs. Use no stairs when arrive or depart with suitcases. Ravello is worth the stay. Small mountain village with cute shops, great food and locals very nice and accommodating. We would stay here again and the photos represent the property exactly.

Because we stayed four nights in Ravello for a wedding, we would have liked a couple of lounge chairs in the garden so that we could relax outside without having to sit upright all the time.

This was such an absolute gem of a find! My fiancé and his family were visiting Ravello for a wedding at Villa Cimbrone, and Ravello 23 was one of the closest hotels near the venue. The rooms were immaculate! We were greeted at the square by Pierluigi, who helped me carry up my extremely heavy suitcase up to the hotel. It is a walk up, but nothing too difficult - our 65+ yr old family members were able to bring their bags up as well on their own. I believe there is a porter service (separate from the hotels) but I am not 100% sure on this and not absolutely necessary if you are relatively healthy. It is an up and down to get from the main square to this hotel, but that was not an issue for us as most of Ravello is stairs / elevation changes. We had room service each morning, and she was a gem. So polite and sweet and made sure we had everything we needed. There is coffee & tea in the rooms as well as waters which we appreciated. The garden in the back is beautiful and there are some friendly cats back there! If traveling for a wedding I would 100% recommend booking all 4 rooms as it was a joy getting ready together with family and our doors open! It was so homey. I would recommend this hotel to anyone! Yes there is air conditioning! Works amazing. We booked 3 rooms. 2 had super strong steamers, 1 had an iron. All three rooms had large bathrooms. Hangers are provided in the room, so very helpful for our dresses & tuxedos. Not a bad thing to say about this stay. One of our favorites during our trip, and it was difficult to leave.

Wonderful location - it was up a hill but that is Ravello! You will be hard pressed to find something without stair access! Beautiful modern apartments which are super clean. The courtyard was a real bonus and my family and I enjoyed spending time lounging out there - very private. The hosts (Ida and Pierluigi) were amazing and so kind to my family and I throughout our stay. They are very accomodating and even helped us with our baggage up the hill when we arrived! Cannot recommend this place enough. We will be back :)

Nil laundry services but that’s ok - we did handwashing or went to a laundry about 15 mins walk away
