The hotel itself is stunning and does feel very palatial! The breakfast is excellent great variety of meats, cheese, bread, fruit and pastries and can be enjoyed in a beautiful location eating on the balcony overlooking the courtyard. We received a really warm welcome and any contact with the staff was very pleasant

Having a pool would have made this property 10/10!!! Its hard to find fault, but the walls in the rooms could do with a bit of a refresh (marks / cracks in paintwork) very bare and no mirror on the wall over the dressing table.

Loved the breakfast. Looks really good. Was surprised how warm it was inside. Really a well kept place. The rooms are VERY spacious. We were traveling with our 2yr old and they gave us a baby cot per request so another bed was unused. Bathroom had a shower and a tub. Big bathroom. The bed was kind of hard but it didn't bother us. Location is good, near to brescia so we went to lago di garda and lado d'iseo as well. There was also a local vintage fair held inside the villa. We like the vintage stuff so we checked it out some.

Check our previous detailed reviews. Here is just update from last stay. - It´s obvious, when you order room option with balcony, that you also get it. We paid extra money for "better room" but we had to request room with balcony after arrival. It was sorted out well on reception, anyway clear description about room can safe this issue after arrival.

Saturday breakfast was only until 10:00 instead of the room service information (10:30). Yes, we were informed about this at the reception, but clear after a long journey, we just forgot and checked it on the room information leaflet. The fact that we missed breakfast is our fault, what I can't accept is the fact that even though we were there 5 minutes after 10:00 and the breakfast room was still full of people, we weren't even able to get coffee. The machines were turned off and the waitress just replied to our request that the kitchen was already closed. That's not a complaint, it's just an explanation of how differently the day can start if someone helps you and if you start the day with problems.

My stay at Villa Fenaroli Palace Hotel was nothing short of delightful. The combination of historical elegance, comfortable accommodations, and top-notch service made it a memorable experience. While my overall experience at Villa Fenaroli Palace Hotel was wonderful, there were a couple of minor points that could be improved. The Wi-Fi connection in my room was a bit slow at times, which made it difficult to stay connected for work purposes. Additionally, while the hotel offers a beautiful and serene environment, it's located a bit further from the main attractions, which might require some planning for those looking to explore the surrounding areas more extensively. However, these were minor issues in an otherwise exceptional stay.

Villa Fenaroli is a secret gem. It was so enjoyable that I attempted to stay there a few days later and was sad that they were sold out due to the large Imobilieri show in Milan. The food was fantastic and individual attention to detail. No menu is the same, and the food is exquisite. The grounds are delightful, breakfast on the patio is worth putting up with the calories, it is a pleasant way to start the day. The staff, all, were great, from checkin, to the restaurant, to the cleaners, it was a pleasure.

I asked if the place was for sale. They said not. I was disappointed, it was a place I would gladly move my company HQ to be at, and to enjoy the surrounding countryside.

While traveling through Italy, we chose this location as the best from which we did a daily visits to Verona, Milan and Lago di Garda. We stayed for three nights. Surprised and delighted by the Villa Frnaroli premises. The hotel is located in building which more looks like royal residency. Few minutes away from the Rezzato center. Large room, bathroom, huge hallways. Various food offer for.the breakfast,, both hot and cold and salty and sweet dishes. Daily cleaning of the room and change of towels.

Absolute great value for what you pay for, especially in this region. Facilities, rooms and the hotel in general are well taken care of and maintained. Everything was clean, bed comfortable and firm. Breakfast buffet had everything from sweet to savory.

Mini fridge in the room barely worked. The A/C in the room worked but even on the coldest setting it still remained pretty warm in the room. Doable but for someone that likes a nice cool room maybe a bit more challenging.

Fabulous grand hotel with nice dinner offering. Nice outdoor seating area. Very large rooms and bathrooms. Very spacious and comfortable.

First junior suite I stayed in overlooked the front of the hotel and was lovely bright and quiet with a nice view. The Second junior suite was at the back of the hotel, was a little dark and over looked a busy road meaning I had to keep the window closed. Definately ask for a room at the front as the back rooms are a little dark and noisy - no comparison.

Very nice hotel, astonishing breakfast room. Very clean.

It is an old building, though renovated, still not 100% soundproof. We were at room 101 and I think the restaurant was above us, so noise until 11pm. The restaycloses at 10:30 and with cleaning youllbe hearing noises till 11pm. Same for breakfast: though the room is far from the breakfast room, we could hear noises. Note that we're vert noise sensitive people, so I'd say it's fine for.most people?

Wonderful setting. Simply yet elegantly furnished. Very clean. We booked as a stop over from Milan to Lake Garda, it is a hotel for weddings and there were two functions on when we arrived very late at midnight but we loved seeing everyone dressed up. The staff still had plenty of time for us and we were given rooms away from the wedding party’s. Very quiet. The beds are very firm but large which was I loved. Breakfast next morning was plentiful and varied.
