Location was excellent, 10 minutes walk from the city centre (and 2 minutes walk from Gelateria del Biondo!). Rooms were clean and bathroom was good.

Breakfast was very average. Limited range, fruit juice wasn’t fresh, though the eggs and croissants were fine. We only had it on our first morning, and then went out to eat breakfast instead.

Staff was very nice and helpful. Location of the hotel is perfect - 10min to the train station and 5- 10 min walking to the main squares/main places of interest. The hotel itself looks really nice / we liked the design - colours; room was very spacious, cosy, modern with a charm,; even had a fridge, which is huge plus; bathroom was very modern and great size. Maybe proper wardrobe would have been nice in a room, but overall- honestly, we didn’t expect such a luxury 3 ⭐️ hotel . We loved and were impressed on Brescia too, so we will be back and without a a doubt will stay again at this hotel. No need to look for any others. It’s perfect! Thank you very much.

We know, it’s hard to suit everyone’s needs and taste, but if it’s possible, would be amazing to have a few options of pillows (thinner and softer as well).

The location was a good choice for us since it was near the train station. We were only traveling through for one night and the hotel was located in a convenient location for us to reach after a long day of travel. I recommend taking a taxi to this hotel at night since the area around the train station is a bit rough. However, we did walk back to the station the next morning since it was an easy 10 to 12 minute walk. The breakfast was excellent. It was very quiet and we were able to get a great nights sleep.

The rooms are perfect, and the hotel really matched my requests and expectations. Smooth and easy check in even during night time, equally smooth checking out process and friendly staff. Convenient access-solution for both the building and our room.

The vending machine in the lobby couldn't process payment cards or bills. It was hard to buy water or snacks when our flight was delayed. There could be some easy accessible tourist information outside staffed hours.

The hotel is in a great location. It's close to the train station and the sights of Brescia. The rooms are clean and modern, and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was very nice and included gluten-free items.

The lighting in the room was terrible. There was a long, vertical led light next to the TV set and a similar light on one side of the bed. They were so bright and distracting that I couldn't read by them.

The staff was very friendly. The hotel was located closer to the UNESCO sites than the train station. There was a safe in the room. I had a great mountain view from the window in the room. There were snacks to have lunch in the hotel (microwave at the reception). The hotel has a bus station from the train station in the front.

The table was not that big for a laptop.

New minimalist design

Parking is small, just 4-5 spots and no matter they were empty all night I was told that they were booked and people left and will come back. No big deal as long as they would offer an alternative or at least an advice as long as a tourist you don’t know where to find a parking spot. Everywhere else I’ve been in Italy hotels were very accommodating in helping with parking even it were street parking.

First time in B&B not bad but nothing special it is a little overpriced, overrated , overcosted in my opinion . However it is a good choice compared with the competition in Brescia in good location with strong WiFi and very clean. A normal budget hotel room.

I didn't like much the breakfast it is ok but not so tasty with limitations. Not so nice coffee.

Location was 10min walk from train station and Centre was close. Room was comfortable, with well fitted bathroom.

Breakfast was served in what looked like a supermarket cafe! ..and the food was underwhelming. In my opinion this hotel is overpriced...though Brescia accommodation is expensive... I would not stay here again.

A strategically located hotel in the center of Brescia. The room was simple but functional and clean, with friendly staff, all in the typical B&B Hotel chain style. I didn't try the breakfast.

The only downside is that from the parking area you have to carry your luggage up some stairs, as the elevator doesn't reach that level and there is no ramp.
