Great location near the beach and the nightlife street. Decent pool size away from the street (unlike other hotels where the pool is at the front and are tiny and doesn’t give privacy). We got a proper family suite with two bedrooms and a long balcony. Amazing large choice of food for breakfast. Very kind and helpful staff 24 hours! From reception to breakfast staff. Note: this is great for families with young children, I would not recommend it for couples without children.

The beds were a bit too soft for us but was ok to sleep. There was no restaurant at the hotel and it would have been nice to have dinner there, but because of their location you can easily find a restaurant in the area.

Breakfast was great. Location was pretty good as well as you only have a 5 minute walk to the beach. You are close to several restaurants and gelaterias. Room size is generous especially for Italy. Private parking on the property albeit a bit tight.

Pool was cold, all the time. Probably around 20 degrees if that. No sound isolation whatsoever I could hear the neighbours at all times and of course they could hear our baby’s whining as well, which is not ideal for anyone. Elevator has no memory and whoever presses the button first gets it, you can imagine how inconvenient that is when you have a stroller.

Great central location to restaurants, shops & beach, the hotel was super clean, our suite was amazing… didn’t want for anything! The breakfast was truly awesome, something for everyone… hot food, fresh croissants & cakes, fruit, cereals & fresh juices, tea, coffee & more… The staff did everything to make our stay as pleasurable as possible, hats off to the reception team ladies & Franco- thank you!!!

The location was good. The rooms are clean and comfortable. 24 hrs front desk. The service lady who did our check-in was very nice. They do provide breakfast.

The parking lot was very narrow. If you want to park in the back of the hotel is very difficult to get access because of the way the guest's cars park in front of the hotel. There is no one to tell you where to park so the entrance is a little bit messy. Parking was €15. Breakfast was OK.

Good location, gated parking in the shade (15€/day). Excellent breakfast - not only sweets and croissants, also many savoury and fresh vegetable options. Staff was amazingly friendly.

Furniture in the room and in the bathroom was outdated - becouse of that is hard to clean to perfection. Small shower, you couldn't close the shower door. Very thin walls, you can hear everything (outside and inside of the hotel). Anyway is a decent value for money if you are not sensitive.

Location is perfect! Beach is across the street. Many restaurants an shops in front of the hotel. 15 minutes walk to old town. Our suite was spacios with huge terrace. Very clean. Bed was perfect for sleeping. Cleaning and changing towels was every day. WiFi was perfect. Two LCD in suite. Private secured parking (extra change). Breakfast was so delicios! Especially sweets and cookies. Various type of food, so everyone would find something they like. Coffe was perfect. And the most important - Staff was incredible! So nice and friendly! Always there to give us tips and advice what to see or where to go (it was our first time in Rimini). Felt like a family. We will definetly come again!

Great location, proximity to the beach, and many restaurants, staff friendly and always on our service. Breakfast was excellent, variety of choices, everything fresh. The pool area was pleasant, nice and tidy. We have booked parking and had secured parking place during entire accommodation.

A bit outdated furniture, but nothing to complain about it, just as I see it.

The room for 3 was good, with the door between 2 rooms. It is quiet and facilities are good. Staff was really helpful and a small bar on site is a plus. Many restaurants around and you can book parking. Mini bar is always available in the room and 2 balconies. Breakfast is really good with many choices.

A bit hard to find but otherwise all is good.

We stayed 3 weeks in many hotels in Italy (from the Alps to Sicily) and this was definitely the best breakfast we had every day. We had a suite of a lounge and a bedroom for 2 people. The apartment was just 1 block from the beach and a 5 minute tram ride from the station but we walked (about 20 minutes). Very close to the beaches and restaurants - so ideal for our purposes.

The room were just a little old fashioned in decoration and furniture. But everything was OK, the staff pleasant and very helpful and the room was good value, so no complaints.

Beds were really uncomfortable, breakfast menu is always the same, there was no mosquito nets on the windows - we really got bitten a lot. Hotel itself is actually too old school, however it may be typical for italians - I am not sure.
