I come in Rome since 2013, 2-3 times per year and I can say this was one of the best room I stayed in. Everything was comfortable, the bed, the bathroom, even the floor which is made of real wooden parquet. And the room was very clean also. The location is also good, 10-15 min walk to the metro station and Vatican, and 15-20 min of Stadio Olimpico (I actually ' ve chosen for the proximity to the stadium 🙂. When I entered the room, I found a small basket with croissants, pancakes, coffe , tea, and a refrigerator with yogurts and even a cold bottle of water, everything at your disposal.

The room was large, comfortable and very clean, it exceeded our expectations. There was a good selection of snacks and coffee making facilities. The location was outside the main tourist area but just 10 minutes walk from the nearest tube station (Occtaviano). We loved the location because it was close enough that we could walk places and often past the Vatican. The restaurants nearby were plentiful and probably the best we ate in on our 10 day tour of various Italian cities. The owner was very helpful and accommodating as was Mark who looked after us during our stay. We would definitely come again

The room was cozy and clean with lots of space. The little breakfast room was well stocked with good coffee, fruit, pastries, and other things. The staff (Mark!) was super friendly and helpful. And check-in was easy and stress-free. The location was chosen to proximity to someone I was visiting who is staying nearby, but it ended up being easy to walk around and get to the Vatican and other tourist spots on foot as long as you don't mind the walk. Also it was very safe (at least I felt safe) walking at night. I probably will book this place again if/when i come back.

Everything was great adn I have no complaints.

The room is really spacious, the bed is large and comfortable. It is a great location, local, nice neighbourhood, good cafes and local restaurants nearby, right by a small local food market too. Not too far from the Vatican and the historic centre with a bus ride or long walk. It's fairly quiet.

A slight smell or dam, but it was also raining a lot, so that may well account for it.

Just few minutes walk when get off the bus from Roma Termini. 10 minutes walking to PIM supermarket. 15 minutes woking or Ottaviano Merto. Some coffee shop & restaurants in there. The room very clean and quiet. Good breakfast have hams, bodied eggs, cheese, coffee, fruit juice and biscuits. And they will refill on 8:30am.

staff was very helpful. Self check in was easy and fast. breakfast was enough and although most of them are sugary, I think there is a lot of variety. The rooms are clean, cleaned every day. We liked that the room was designed very modern. bathroom and toilet got full points from us. When you look from the window of the room, you see a small park and trees. 10 minutes max walking distance to the metro line and the location is a nice quiet place. The person who contacted us (I think he/she was the owner) was very kind. I think it's worth your money. The room where we had breakfast was my favorite place during the holiday because if you are students who are trying to travel with limited money, the breakfast included in your accommodation can keep you full for a long time.

The place was very easy to find. The room was very nice and spacious, with a comfortable bed. The room and the bathroom were clean and included amenities. All appliances were modern and worked well. The breakfast spread had many different things, including different types of tea, coffee, cakes, etc. and the breakfast room also had a cappuccino machine. The staff in charge was very polite and helpful.

No complaints.

The owner was very friendly and helpful. We can asked what we needed.The bed was comfortable and room was big;). We was contented.

The stay was good, good location, easy access to the bus, metro and downtown.

The shower is very difficult to operate, the temperature keeps changing all the time. The breakfast is a little bit limited, just a few options, cheese and ham are usually not available during all the time, especially in the early morning. Reposition was not good.

we liked the location. it was only a block from our daughter who we were visiting! we also liked how dark the rooms were at night.

we really enjoyed our stay. However, we were only able to stay one night so we didn’t have a chance to try the breakfast. I would definitely come back and stay there!
