Clean and nicely kept room. Bathrooms clean. Additional coffee room with microwave, coffee machine, tiny fridge to keep water, drinks cool in a hot day. Air conditioner. Quiet residential area. Friendly manager. Supply of bread and coffee, tea. There are near by many good and reasonable restaurants. Also nearby grocery store in case want to buy soft drinks, beer etc.

The shower water slightly clogged. After some time water stands. The place is on 3 rd floor and elevator was locked. If once a day go up and down walking is not all that bad. This looks like residential apartment converted into Hotel. Four different keys to carry, Main entrance, building entrance, apartment entrance and room entrance. The place is 10 mins walk from metro station. If you have big bags, need a taxi.

Hospitality of the owner Ms. Orsola was fabulous. She arranged us for everything we asked for and was very swift and precise in her answers! Clean rooms, nice location close to ottaviano metro. Calm area not busy or crowded at all.

Walking distance to metro is around 10-12 minutes. Not very close! Too many doors / gates to navigate if you are in a hurry. Lift is may be 100 year old being very slow 😉!

Staff and service are amazing! Clean and comfortable room! Good geographic location! Very and very positive impression. I definitely will recommend this hotel to my friends. Thanks so much for your hospitality.

Friendly hosts, with spacious rooms and big bathroom, we have chosen the place for it's location near the vatican city and more luxury because it were our last days in Rome. It lift up to our expectations.

None that I can think of, maybe the price, but it felt quite reasonable for what you get in my opinion

Breakfast was good, but there were no eggs like showed on the photos.

The bathroom was across the hall, so it was a bit uncomfortable as we have two small children.

Location to the Vatican was great, about 20 minutes to walk there, near the Metro too. Quiet neighbourhood. Very clean accommodation 👌

Beds were hard unfortunately, but after walking all day around Rome, it didn't stop us from sleeping!

The property was very clean, organised! The owner was super responsive and helpful.

Very friendly, helpful, reliable hosts. Comfortable, clean and quiet rooms, you feel like home. Perfect. Marvelous grocery store `Gieri alimentari' nearby.

Amazing stay, very comfortable & cosy, plenty of choice for breakfast and very friendly staff! Would definitely recommend! Only a 9 minute walk from the train station, perfect stay for couples. Also is cheap to eat/ shop around the accommodation.
