They cleaned and changed the towels every day, if you wanted. Really good neighbourhood, you can easily get to the metro in about 15' and to the Vatican. Room looks like in the pictures and there is a lovely cafe and pizza place right at the entrance in the building.

There were just some minor issues, I doubt many people would even be bothered by it, in my case it was the hot water flow on the shower, that kept going from cold to warm for no reason, you can hear everything through the walls and i kept finding long black hairs all around the room and linen, probably from the housekeeper. But I'd definitely return here.

Nice building, with door man. Nice decoration in bedroom. Nice and comfortable bed, soft towels. Super clean, they clean when you ask for. Has also a fridge and water cooker. Very spacious, amazing terrazzo floor, high ceiling. Netflix provided. We stayed very happy.

The facilities in the bathroom, the showerhead is splashing water everywhere. Also the water is super cold in the beginning and then it changes from cold to warm. Would be great if they could fix these two problems.

The room -Paris Room- was very big and comfortable. It was nicely decorated, had tea and coffee and a kettle and a fridge. it also felt very secure. it is located 10 minutes walk to St Peter’s and the number 70 bus takes you across the Tiber to the other attractions. There are lots of good restaurants nearby and the little coffee shop below has a good selection of pastries

we had trouble with the safe as it was locked and we couldn’t unlock it. I rang the number of the property and got some vague instructions about looking for the key. it was annoying that he was making it my responsibility to fix the problem which I couldn’t do. we eventually got it open when the lady at the property after a lot of trial and error produced a key from somewhere

Very good apartment, clean and comfortable. The bed is huge. Very good area: restaurants, markets are close enough. The bus station is right around the corner. The metro station is also close enough. Owners are friendly and helpful. It would be nice to have some storage space in the bathroom)

Very nice place to stay. The owner is very kind and give us advice about the transfer from the airport. Apartment are in 20 min from Vatican. Near is the bus station and a lot of restaurants.

The room, the attention for details, very well equipped, nicely decorated, modern. Big size room,comfy big bed

The closest metro station is 10 mins walking distance.

Bed was comfortable. Bed made every day and towels replaced. Fridge in room with bottled water. Kettle with tea and coffee. However no milk! No problem as Great coffee shop downstairs. The room was safe and only a 45 minute walk to the centre of Rome and the bus station was 100 yards away. We went to the rugby and only a 25 minute walk. Would recommend and return. There are 2 similar rooms (self contained) so would work for 2 or 3 couples together. Blinds and curtains so very warm and quiet.

There was nothing to not like. A great comfortable room with a good bathroom at a good price. Only slight improvements would be a new shower head (it was powerful but only a thin jet) and milk in the fridge but this really was not a problem!

I had a great stay at capital rooms. We had to check in at midnight and that was no problem, the owner send us good instructions on how to check ourselfs in. The room was very clean and it had everything you would need. The location is also great because you practically have the bus station infront of the building. Lots of great breakfast spots around and the centrum with trevi fountain, spanish steps e.t.c. Is not that far away if you go by bus or train.

Good location, there is a bus stop nearby and you can easily reach the sights. Host super ok. Air conditioning, although it was very hot outside in the room was very good.

It would have been a little more clean and definitely a carpet in the bedroom.

Loved the room and the check in was very smooth. The cleaning staff made our room and beds everyday too. The area was quiet and there was a nice cafe right below the building, good for quick coffee before heading out for the day. there was a bus stop right below the building and lots of nice restaurants in the prati neighbourhood.
