The location was perfect for us--close enough to walk just about everywhere but far enough away that there were no big crowds. We loved exploring the neighbourhood and local parks. We did not plan on spending much time in the room, so we didn't need anything fancy but we were happy for a comfortable bed and kitchen space with a fridge for storing cold food. Also, we received good suggestions at check in--don't miss G. Fassi, the oldest gelato factory in Italy! (Much better price than anywhere else we found and the gelato was aaaahhhhmazing!)

Some other guests locked the wrong lock on their way out one day and we were almost locked inside! We managed to figure it out and unlock the door. Otherwise, everything was great!

Pretty good location, a friendly host, and a very equipped kitchen. We loved that we could get coffee in the morning, and tea in the evening. The room itself was fine - nothing special. Lots of noise on the street BUT the window managed to block out most of it so we didn't have any trouble there. We loved getting personal recommendations from the host upon arrival. He was very friendly. I'd say it's 15 minutes to the Colosseum. We walked everywhere during our stay, only took a taxi from and to the airport. Sometimes it's a bit of a longer walk (like to the Vatican or Trastevere) but hey, you need to walk in Rome to earn your pizza/pasta/gelato so it's worth it ;) Also some nice restaurants and cafés nearby which the host will tell you all about.

The room was pretty warm and the airconditioning did not help at all. This was solved easily though because it was pretty cold outside (late November), so we just opened the window while we were gone and that removed the problem. But would be good for the AC to be fixed for the Summer months. The shower also had a bit of a drainage problem, but nothing too crazy. IMPORTANT: It has to be said that we didn't discuss this with the host during our stay, otherwise he could've and maybe would've solved this. Both didn't form significant problems for us so we just ignored them :)

The room was really comfortable, clean and cozy, with some antiques, as if we were visiting our Italian granny :) We had everything we needed, there were also coffee, tea and cookies in the shared kitchen, that has been decorated for Christmas! We stayed for 2 nights and they changed bed linen on the second day! The host was so friendly, he recommended local legendary places with food at affordable prices. The location is simply the best, it was not dangerous in the evening and all attractions are within walking distance

We absolutely loved our stay. The room was comfortable and spacious, the location was great, close to the metro (even though we enjoyed walking everywhere) and the host was incredibly accommodating and made some excellent recommendations! We saw parts of Rome I’m absolutely certain we’d have missed if not for his suggestions. Thank you for a fantastic stay.

We liked everything. The room and bathroom are very nice and spacious. Although breakfast is not offered in the accommodation, you have a fridge, microwave oven, coffee maker with capsules, tea and biscuits at your disposal. The room was cleaned daily. The owner of the facility, Pietro, welcomed us and made suggestions for all the days of our stay in Rome, what to visit, how to reach everything, where to eat and drink well and cheap, organized transportation to the airport... All in all, the stay in the object exceeded our expectations.

Good communication with the host. The room was big and so was the bathroom. There’s a metro literally right outside the door. Close to the Termini station and have lots of amenities around the area. The rooms are very clean and would love to stay here again.

I think the airconditioning is broken as it only stays in the fan option. However, it still keeps the room cool.

The accommodation was very comfortable and on very good location. Amazing cafe and pasticceria are just around the corner so you can enjoy every morning. Our host was very friendly and welcoming, showed us the map of Rome’s best attractions which was very helpful. We used Metro which is right in front of the buliding every day to go to different locations. We would recommend the place and come back next time we’re in Rome.

Great location – a short walk from Termini, next to a metro stop, and a long-ish but pleasant walk to the old city. The room was wonderful: roomy, clean, stylish, with a super shower. Best was the use of the kitchen – you can make yourself a cup of tea or coffee and there is also a microwave. Wifi was super. Be advised that if you want to sleep with the window open, the street is extremely noisy in the early morning; however, you can close the window and use the AC, and the shutters keep it dark.

The property was perfect for a quick trip to Rome! The rooms had lots of character and the shared kitchen was very handy! Location was perfect with lovely bakeries near by. The host was so nice and helpful . I left my Kindle after me and she was very obliging to send it by post after. A perfect spot with great value for money!

Great space, the host was very helpful providing a map of the city and giving excellent recommendations. The room was clean and very well equipped

The location was very close to the train station which was excellent however a little far from the main centre however Rome is a very walkable city so not too much of an issue.
