The room was nice and spacious, big bathroom, everything very clean. Location also great, walking distance from everything.

The check in process is unnecessarily complicated and it wasted lots of our time and roaming credits for texting back and forth. We agreed to leave the luggage in the morning, waited for twenty minutes in the pouring rain, no one showed up. In the afternoon for the check in, we agreed to announce our arrival an hour in advance, still no one showed up, spent another half hour waiting until we got a call with instructions on how to get inside the apartment.

The treatment that has been offered by Marina is just GREAT! She shows a great commitment to make my holidays the best possible. She got in touch with me before my arrivals providing all the details that I needed, gave all suggestions to go and to eat nearby and in Rome as a whole and was very helpful in all eventual needs that I had.

Location is great, close to everything (train,bus,restaurants). The host marina is very accomodating. Room clean and big. Just make it sure to communicate to the customer service host when you arrive so they can help you on how to get the apartment.

Room size a bit small for a family of 4.

We booked double room with balcony and there was a giant wardrobe and plenty of storage space, large bathroom, AC, hair dryer, cattle, small fridge.. Marina is a great host, she provided some useful info and was very helpful. Also we could leave our luggage before check in since we arrived earlier and checked in as soon as cleaning service was done. There was no iron at first but she provided one within a few hours when we asked. Entire place is very clean and smells nice, cleaning service comes every two days. Short walk to Colosseum, Monti and Termini station. Taxi to Ciampino ~30e using FreeNow

I think there were only 3 power plugs and they are placed very low, and cattle has really short cable. Not really a problem for us, we spent entire time outside or on the balcony, only needing them to charge our phones and brew a morning coffee. Bed has kinda weak construction which creaks but it was very comfortable, we slept like a babies.

The breakfast is a voucher you can use at a local cafe. The only items included is one drink (coffee, cuppachino or orange juice) and a croissant. Disappointing. Also the shower pressure wasn't great.

San Vito is a greatly located place for everyone who tend to leave for the whole day to explore the city. It’s very close to the train station, but also distanced enough to make you feel comfortable in the area. Yes, there are some people on the street that may appear unpleasant, but during our almost week-long stay, we have never been distracted by anyone. There are a lot of homeless persons in the city in general, not just in the area of San Vito. The apartment gives you a chance to feel like a Roman, as there are not many hotels and tourist places around, rather everyday neighbourhood places, which was lovely! Our room was clean, with new furnishings, noisy but comfortable bed and a balcony with an amazing view to wake up to. I highly suggest booking it, just to enjoy your mornings out there. Air conditioning working perfectly every night and was very useful, as the street gets noisy especially in the mornings, so it would be hard to sleep with an open window. Water pressure in the shower could be better, but if you visit Italy more often, you probably know this is not something unusual, the same goes with noisy pipes in old buildings. Getting ear plugs to Rome is always a good idea ;) Last but not least: the amazing host! Marina was super helpful and kind since the very beginning, till our check out when we were able to leave our bags for the whole day in the apartment’s hall.

We stayed at San Vito Suites for 3 nights and our stay was beyond exceptional. We were treated extremely well by Marina who showed us exactly how to get to the top attractions in Rome + where all the excellent restauraunts are. We stayed in the room with the balcony with free breakfast in the mornings . We got our breakfast from a nearby family owned café that Marina guided us towards and it was simply fantastic - The croissants and coffee were lovely. The room had everything we needed and the view from the balcony was great! We slept like logs in our bed and the room was quite spacious. The room was incredible value for money. The location is perfect too! Only a 5 minute walk away from Termini station and the metro was only a short walk away from our hotel, which linked all around Rome city. Our only gripe (and this is very nitpicky) is that the exhaust in the bathroom was very loud when you turned on the light and it needed a good smack to get it to run quietly. Nothing deal breaking whatsoever but its really a pain to your hand! Otherwise, flawless stay

Metro station is very close to the property, host is very helpful, location is great, room has nice view, neighborhood is not noisy.

Sheets and towels weren't changed.
