Hotel staff were very nice, very helpful. We loved Veronica, Violetta, and Silvio. They were very nice. The room was clean and cozy. Ac and private bathroom. There was a beautiful window facing the road. Wifi was very strong. We didn't want cleaning done for 1 day, but the next day, Silvio and Veronica asked us to clean the room or what else we needed. Very kind of them!! Veronica was amazing. There are lots of restaurants in all directions. Bangladeshi, Indian, Korean, Italian of course, good places for burgers. And lots of street markets, where you can buy jewelry and women's clothings, and the most fun part is you can negotiate. Hop on, and Hop off bus was near by. 15 mins walk to the Colosseum 22 mins to Trevi fountain Good gelato stores. Overall, it was great.

The only thing that I missed there wasn't any light blanket in the bed. Only bed spreads. We are very used to sleep with the blankets. But it's not a big deal.

The location of the property is perfect. Termini station is maximum 10 minutes away, bus and metro station are 100 meters away. You can walk to the Colosseum and Forum Romanum (15 minutes maximum). Other main attractions are also easily accessible by a bit longer walk. Staff is amazing, very kind and friendly, always ready to help which makes the overall atmosphere fantastic and makes you feel welcome. Breakfast is also good, with toast, croissants, coffee, juice...it was definitely enough for a great start of a day. The room was clean and had everything we needed. There are a lot of stores, coffee places and restaurants, even a nice park just around the property.

The elevator is not really convenient for strollers which is important to know if you are coming with child but property is on the first floor and this would definitely not prevent us from visiting again.

We booked our stay in Rome about 4 weeks prior to travel. The cost of hotels closer to the town were extortionate so booked the Buonarroti Suite based on reviews. We weren’t disappointed! The room was basic but had everything we needed. Breakfast consisted of yoghurt, croissant, French toast cheese or jams and coffee. This suited us fine. The staff were lovely there and couldn’t have been more helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay

Nothing that we didn’t like really. My daughter was lactose free and didn’t eat much breakfast but then I didn’t let them know that so it wasn’t their faukt

It is a very unique property and is part of a very old building (just 1 door down there is an archaeological dig). I was expecting the property to be on the ground floor which some of it was - the living area, kitchen and bathroom were downstairs but the bedroom was upstairs. Whilst this wasn't a problem, we were at the end of our holiday and our bags were heavy so we left just them downstairs in the living area. I must also commend the proprietors who did some running repairs on the thing that holds the shower head - it had been broken by the previous occupant (accidentally), but the proprietors made sure they fixed it at the earliest opportunity, so thank you! It was quite hot in Rome and the aircon in the bedroom was great. Room was also dark for sleeping, and quiet.

Nothing really

We stayed one week in this lovely place. The staff is very friendly and helpfull. The place was really clean. The location was also very convenient, close to a metro station and walking distance to many other attractions. It's also very close to Basilica Papale di Santa Maria Maggiore. You start and finish your day with looking at this beautiful building. The breakfast was with Italian pastries, toasts, crackers, cheese, juice and of course coffee.

Great location if you want to be close to Termini and in walking distance to some of main attractions. There is also a metro station a few metres away, some nice restaurants within few minutes of walk and a big park nearby. The stuff was very friendly and helped with restaurant recommendations. The lady in charge of breakfast was very pleasant and talkative :) The room was clean, nice size with big bathroom.

It can be a bit loud in the rooms - not from outside traffic but more from the noise from the "breakfast" room and due to very loud front door. But we had the room closest to both, so I believe other rooms are more quiet.

Nice receptionist, breakfast (simple but for the total price for accomodation, we considered it as free relative to other options around which cost same or even more without it), location was ok (windows are soundproof enough), we had a baby with us and everything was fine. Overall good quality for the price.

Doors to the rooms could be more sound proof

Location is perfect, 10 mins by walk from Termini. When I arrived I was offered a bigger room. I also could make a check in earlier than as per usual schedule. In the bedroom there is AC which makes your sleep comfortable during hot days. There was an own bathroom but very small. There was a kitchen, I did not use but maybe someone is interested in kitchen facilities. The owners are very nice, friendly and hospitable. In the morning I was offered a breakfast where they met my request to have a gluten-free snack. For this price it is an expected level of quality. You can pay either by card or by cash. Convenient.

Bathroom is very small.

This was our first time to Rome and we were travelling on a budget so the price for us was great. The location we loved, we could actually walk to everywhere, although we do like to walk but if you don't its close to the metro. Breakfast was included and yes it was very basic but set us up perfectly for the day. Staff were friendly and helpful. Only a 10 minute walk from the main train station.

The room was a little small for 3 adults, dont let this put you off just be prepared. Also it is super dark in the room, furniture, bedding and no bright lights. Again this is not a major issue and would not put us off staying again in the future.

The location was excellent, very close to train station and near to all attractions. We arrived after hours and the lady was super helpful to accommodate us with very detailed instructions and even video with detailed instructions! Also we were served a lovely breakfast in the morning and allowed to store our luggage while we went sightseeing. We would definitely stay here again!!!

We liked everything.
