Hospitality: Sabrina (The owner) possesses an amazing personality; she is so sociable and very friendly! Excellent hospitality! She is there for any question or request to answer and help! Giving the right information on how to reach the hotel from the airport; providing city map; suggesting where to eat and what/where to visit in Rome; and all other advice when needed. Cleanness: The room so neat, so clean! Keep it up! Location: The location is great! Centre for many locations, easily accessible to several key tourist attraction areas in Rome.

Breakfast: I suggest some improvement in breakfast service, because every day the menu seems almost the same food type. It would be better to change the food types a little bit. For instance, the bread provided in my first morning was very dry, very difficult to eat. I reported that to the B&B owner and then I was provided good bread afterwords. So, I suggest it is better to check the nature of food before serving guests. Reading Table: The edges of reading table are very sharp (an old wooden table with sharp edges). I am a researcher working long hours. The table hurt my leg. Very difficult to work on that table.

Everything was very clean, the decoration was beautiful and with attention to detail, the bed is very comfortable. The host, Sabrina, is very kind, considerate and available. Breakfast was great and delivered to the room at the requested time (between 7:30-9:30) and any preferences can be communicated to the host. The room was very quiet and the windows isolated the outdoor traffic noise perfectly. The AC works well, the bathroom is equipped with clean towels and great shampoos / shower gel. The location is close to the metro and in 20min you can be at Roma Termini or is 10-15min at the Colosseum. Everything was perfect!!

Nothing, everything was amazing

This has been our favorite stay in Italy. When you come to Sabrina's, you feel as if you are staying with a lovely friend who is helpful, kind, and caring. We found it very easy to get everywhere in Rome by foot, by bus, or by metro. Our room was spotless, very quiet, and had everything we needed--including a large table and sofa. The breakfast was so delicious that we changed our plans not to miss it!! When we return to Rome, we will definitely stay here again. Thank you for a perfect stay, Sabrina!

The rooms are clean and modern, bathrooms have good amenities, and beds are comfortable. The breakfast is balanced and delicious, location is convenient and near a station. Sabrina in paritcular is an exceptionally excellent host. She brings the art of hosting to a whole new level.she is attentive to your needs, and happy to offer her help at any moment. Staying here is like staying with a dear friend. Thank you for hosting us, you made our stay in Rome a hundred times better :)

Ciao, Sabrina and Hannes, our hosts, greeted us at the door and treated us to our every whim for the three days we were there. The room was excellently appointed with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Even a tea kettle and snacks in the afternoon. Each morning we were served a tea cart filled with a very nice assortment of fresh, warm breads with different meats, cheeses and other accoutrements. Also fresh vegetables and fruits, More than enough! Also hot water with a variety of delicious teas and coffee as I like it. After two weeks of hopping around the Mediterranean we opted to just stay in the last day and rest up for the journey home. Food in the area was superb, and not expensive. Doppiozeero, just below our room, served an excellent Italian buffet, with many food choices and excellent pizza! There are at least five other restaurants on the block. You like gelato? Just down the block is a bakery that serves it. Gelateria. Don't miss it.

Sabrina is the best host we could have ever expected for! Very welcoming and helpful, makes sure we get all we need, and leverages our experience in Rome. The room is very clean and convenient, the breakfast is exactly how you want to start your day. When we asked oat milk instead of regular milk, she supplied it to us without a problem. The place is very close to the train station which also takes you directly from/ to the airport. Thank you Sabrina for helping us enjoy Rome!

Sabrina was the perfect host: we discussed about our later check-in hour and Sabrina agreed; she offered clear and simple directions to accommodation from the aeroport (via Booking chat and whatsapp); always responded very fast (great communication); Sabrina served our breakfast earlier than normal and asked what we would prefer to eat because in our country we eat different than in Italy (she asked if we would prefer sweet or salty; I said for example egs, not that she would have to give us egs, but she did!); it was a rich and perfect breakfast, served in our room (picture below); the room was perfectly clean, with everything that you needed, exactly like in the pictures, with all the ameneties stated on Booking; easy access in the building and apartment; close bus station (2 min) and aprox 10 min from Piramide metro station; we received indications on how to get to different parts of Roma; accomodation is situated on a nice boulevard, with lots of restaurants and shops. In conclusion, one of our best stays and highly recommended!

Sabrina is a truly lovely lady who goes way beyond offering a very professional service with total care and thoughtfulness. The room was impeccable, decorated with great taste and cleaned every day. It was quiet and relaxing, a perfect place to relax after long days full of visiting Rome. The location is ideally situated with a selection of very good restaurants in the area. There’s easy access to the bus stop and metro station line B and the train line directly to the airport. I would rate B&B Colori di Roma more than 10

Great room. But the most important thing is the attitude of the hostess. When we needed an early breakfest , she was ready in the evening. When we needed a taxi at 4 in the morning, she ordered one for us, and made sure personally at 4 in the morning that everything was in order with us. Sabrina - great service, peace in our countries! I look forward to new meetings.

The host lady was really welcoming and helpful (also the breakfast she prepared)! The location was perfect, with lots of local restaurants, between two metro Stations (Garbatella and Piramide) and close to the Ostiense train station where you can arrive from Fiumicino with a single train.

The location is a busy residential area with lots of apartment buildings and street shops. Some people might not like it, but I definitely prefer to stay here than in the touristic city center where the food quality is worse and prices are higher.
