Near metro station Piramide. Spacious apartment and comfortable beds. Very clean and quiet. Staff were really friendly and helpful.

Toiletries should be replaced every day. It would be nice to have slippers as well. Kitchenette is available upon payment.

+ First of all, great staff members, spoke good english and were very welcoming. Family of 3 (2y old kid) stayed for 4 night and overall the hotel room was one of the best I have ever stayed in. (I travel for work and have been in hudreds of different hotels). When you consider price, size of the room, equipments, shover, bed, ac, soundproofing and location, this is well worth it. + Already mentined the location. Great and quiet area close to the city centrum. Less than 10min walk to the metro and then 2 stops and you are at the Colosseum.... perfect. + AC. This is something that might sound odd, but in many cases you have AC in your room, but it is almost next to nothing. This one works perfectly, it is quiet but powerfull (does not blow to your face when you are sleeping!). AND, you have 2 units, one in the living room area and one in the bedroom, so you can adjust 2 different temperatures. + big room with plenty of space, modern and quiet. + great shower, lots of space! Good water pressure. + Breakfast avaliable. Conclusion: If we travel to Rome again, we will definitely stay here again.

- There wasn't many things. I mentined that breakfast is avaliable and for us, it was included. However, the breakfast will be carried to your room and you need to pick from the list what would you like to have. The breakfast was OK, but not great... not bad either. Bacon was raw and usually, when someone Brings the breakfast to you, it is difficult to know how big or small portions would you like, but the biggest downside for this system... the food is almost cold when it arrives. - Toilet papers.... napkins, not rolls.... annoying. - Dirty floors! Even though that "everything" seemed to be in order and cleaned well, socks were dirty after walking around the room. Needs proper cleaning. Everything else was clean.

Brilliant accommodation. This is a self-catering place which was fine because who comes to Italy to eat in their hotel! It is located 2 or 3 stops on the underground (about a 10 min walk to station and 5 minute ride into city) from city attractions. However, the maximum we waited for an underground train was 5 mins and we didn’t mind a short walk, so this wasn’t an issue. The accommodation itself was flawless and incredibly spacious, virtually brand new (we were in the Mag24 annex around the corner) and far exceeded our expectations. Broadband super fast. Staff very helpful indeed and English speakers. For the price, this place was outstanding and we would recommend it to anyone!

Amazing hotel. Worth the money and very beautiful and spacious for such price. We paid like 70,-€ per night but this place could be worth like 150,-€ easy. It was amazing big modern apartment. Clean and awesome. Also the gym on the top roof and the terrace up there to chill. Parking can be done outside easily. Close by are many restaurants. Staff nice and amazing. Close by is amazing ice-creamery Gelato de Romana. Get the nutella crape with salted caramel and nutella like ice cream with whip cream it will blow your mind.

The location is a bit far from subway. Seemed close on the map but far. Close by across the road is a huge restaurant Porto Fluviale, do not go there. They are rude, not attentive and giving bad food to foreigners. Like old and heated in microwave like. Just poor.

New building, new room, in a very nice area, has almost everything and close to the center of Rome. Alesia at the reception helped us when we asked with a happy smile and spent time for us, (not all)..... the staff at the rooftop bar were amazing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Really, if they had told us in the receptions something about : where we are must going my and my family and how we can go, how our room was the next day, I would have put a 10 in the rating.... Music can be heard in the room discreetly from the upstairs bar.....!no problem for us . some other details might be annoying for some, but I don't want to mention them.....everything was as it should be. Βut we are sure that you can do better ,thank you .

Everything was exactly as described, super clean and nice. The room we had was large and new, everything worked. Staff very friendly and helpful. The area has a lot of nice restaurants and places to hang out, more residential and out of the city centre noise.

The only thing we didn’t like, is the noise from the upper floor, due to furniture being pulled around. This is mainly because the chairs - even though they are very nice - they are a bit heavy, so people have to pull them instead of lifting them.

The room was clean and spacious and the shower was great. It was raining on our last day and the staff had umbrellas for guests to borrow, which was a nice touch.

The breakfast routine was unclear on our first morning. It turns out its room service only and has to be ordered the night before. Happy with ordering the night before, but why can't the dining room be used? In the end the staff were happy to help us out on the first morning and served up a lovely breakfast at short notice, but the routines are not promulgated to guests at all.

Beds comfortable. Room spacious for 3 people.(2 adult kids in double bed and dad in double settee roll out). Metro 10 mins away to get to Central Rome. Good restaurants around local area and Eataly. Bathroom was great..the shower was another level. Value for money paid compared to other hotels.

No rooftop bar(open though can only sit there) Basic gym though only 5 euros per stay. No coffee top up. Separate room for ironing. No breakfast area ...though i think there used to be?
