Hotel was small but cute, with the taste of historic charm. Very good location. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Very thankful for surprise birthday balloons and welcome drinks for me and my sister. Room was cleaned up after everyday, fresh towels.

In the mornings it was a bit cold in the room and bathroom.

The hotel was located about a 10 minute walk from the Termini station and just a short distance from the Repubblica Metro. This was ideal for being able to easily access the important sights. The room was lovely and clean and the beds very comfortable. The staff were outstanding from the minute we arrived to the time we left. Nothing was a problem and one staff member helped me to print off an online booking to a venue. Super friendly and helpful.. .An absolute credit to the hotel!! Had a great conversation with one particular staff member about the Irish!! I can't remember his name but a very friendly, jovial guy. The breakfast in the morning was great with wide variety of everything hot and cold. Price wise we stayed off season so the price reflected this. All in all I l have no negative things to say about the hotel. I hope to get back here at a later date!!

Everything was outstanding! The location is amazing. You can go everywhere on foot and the area is quiet with a lot of excellent restaurants around. If you’d rather not walk, there are plenty of bus stops. The rooms are silent and they have all the amenities you need. Super clean! Nice beds and great pillows. Delicious breakfast with a great variety of fresh products. Nice background music in the lobby. Although the best of it all is the staff! Friendly, helpful and efficient. Kudos to Alexandra, she made our stay a lovely one! It was my mum’s birthday and they arranged some balloons in our room as a surprise for her. They also prepared a breakfast box one morning that we had an early day trip. Special mention to Simone too! He was super kind and attentive during breakfast. If I travel to Rome again, I will choose this hotel for sure.

What a great hotel. Nice and helpfull staff, great breakfast, lots to chose from, fresh and good quality food. We arrived by train and left by Taxi. The hotel was easy to reach, 10 minute walk from the trainstation and most of the major sites are in walking distance. We didn't need any means of other tranfer during our stay in Rome. The room was great (we even received a free upgrade), comfortable beds, the room was nicely decorated and clean. The bathroom was very luxurieus had everything you could wish for. The hotel staff arranged a taxi to the Airport for a fair fixed price (like I asked for when I booked the room). All in all a great stay and we'll definitely come back some day.

Great hotel, no remarks.

Location 10/10 (walking distance to literally everywhere), staff 10/10, cleaning 10/10. All necessary things are in the room. Absolutely everyone is very friendly and helpful. Rooms are small, but cozy and well organised. Bathroom is very comfortable (I mean it!). I like very much the style of the hotel and design of the rooms, was so pleasant to stay here. It was nice and warm, water was hot, we spent lovely 4 days in Rome, thanks a lot to the staff for everything.

Breakfast could be little bit more varied. For me was missing salad, from fresh vegetables only tomatoes, was no fried eggs. Not much soundproof, we could hear neighbours. Also no view in the rooms and drinking water only on arrival. Wi-Fi sometimes was a bit slow. But it just few small things, and honestly considering the price/quality/location ratio and extremely helpful people on the reception everything was alright.

Great location, close to the Trevi Fountain, about 15 minutes walk. Cozy hotel in antique style, which has all the amenities. We stayed here in December, the weather was cold, but our room was warm and there was always hot water. Cleaning was done every day, breakfast was delicious and quite varied, a large selection of pastries and sweets. I want to say a special thanks to the wonderful staff of the hotel, especially Youssef, who was very attentive to us and helped us a lot. We definitely recommend this hotel.

There is nothing we didn’t like.

Everything was perfect! Starting from the staff, which is the face for the whole property. Whenever you cross them, you just feel so welcomed and warm. The hotel itself is very very nice, rooms are nice equiped and even though they’re quite small, there’s everything you need. I read some reviews before arrival that said that hotel has problems with air conditioning and it’s too hot to sleep. That is absolutely false - air is very refreshing and perfect to sleep. Breakfast buffet was small, but yet again - there’s everything you need and very fresh. Most importantly - as first time solo traveller I felt very homie and safe in this place!

I liked absolutely everything.

The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful with everything and anything you need and extremely welcoming. Can’t rate the staff highly enough. The breakfast is also very easy and laid back. It’s not a chaotic scene like other hotels. The rooms are clean and comfortable. We just had a standard room and could fault the size or setting. The bed is very comfortable and the pillow menu was great so we both were able to sleep great. Location is amazing. This is no lie when I say this. It’s a 20 minute walk from anything and everything. Which is great because walking through Rome is what you want to be doing, however if you don’t feel like walking anymore. The metro is 5 mins walk and goes everywhere you need to go. So honestly it is a perfect location. It’s not busy and it’s not noisy. In short it’s a perfect hotel.

Wonderful location. Walkable distance to almost every popular landmark in Rome. Quiet street next to bigger one full of buses, close to the Repubblica metro station, and Roma Termini. Well connected to every place in Rome. The staff is the most helpful one I ever met. Small and cozy place with a good vibe. Diverse breakfast with fresh and good quality products.

The hotel is absolute gem. Just have in mind the entrance and some rooms are small. But this feels cozy. At the same time our the bathroom was big and comfortable.

The staff went above and beyond. They were so helpful and on standby for anything that we asked. It was my husbands birthday and I asked if they could do anything, they set up adorable balloons and helped arrange a cake for the room. The breakfast was fine, room was clean, location was fantastic, no street noise and slept well.

We are used to staying in quite lavish top rated hotels, and this hotel was no exception. The bedroom felt just a little bit outdated visually but nothing was wrong with it. The duvet had the name of the hotel written on it in felt pen, just things like that more visual to the eye but no bad words for this hotel they were amazing and we would stay again.
