The room was wonderful - very large, modern and clean with a large king-sized bed. Modern bathroom. Parking was free and the hotel was convenient to the Rome Metro B line Marconi station. Air-conditioning was a nice bonus on a hot day.

We had difficulty finding the hotel as the only sign we saw was "Hotel Area." In the USA that sign likely would refer to an area containing several hotels. Also, the hotel itself was not very visible from the road. Once we missed the turn, we relied on GPS to manage all the twists and turns of the streets in this crowded and busy area. Breakfast was not included.

First, the hotel staff was incredibly courteous and helpful throughout my stay. They were highly professional, providing impeccable service and promptly responding to my requests. Their dedication and kindness helped make my stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast offered by the hotel was of the highest quality. A buffet full of culinary delights awaited me every morning, with a wide selection of fresh and tasty food. Not only was the variety impressive, but the food quality was exceptional. I have never had such a delicious and satisfying breakfast to start my day. My room was simply lovely. The decor was elegant and modern, creating a cosy and refined atmosphere. Every detail was carefully taken care of, from the comfort of the bed to the ambient lighting. Furthermore, the cleanliness of the room was impeccable, demonstrating the attention to detail by the hotel staff.

The location of the hotel was a little far from the city centre. Although it was conveniently located near a metro station, the journey to the main tourist attractions could be prolonged. Nevertheless, the proximity to the metro station was a positive point, making travelling easier.

A really nice hotel. The room was nice and spacious, the bed were comfortable and everything was kept clean. The staff were extremely friendly and were happy to help anything we needed. Including getting a taxi to the airport in a reasonable price.

The breakfast was okay, in terms of vegetarian options there was a lot of you want a sweet breakfast but really only omelette if you prefer a savoury breakfast. Otherwise the tap in our bathroom was very difficult to open and close and there was no plug in our sink. The hotel is not too far from the Metro station but with luggage it feels longer. Also a little far from the city centre, it’s easier to go to Ciampino Airport (this was the airport we were using) with a taxi than the Metro/train but this isn’t the hotels fault just something you might want to consider before booking. Couldn’t connect IPhone to the WiFi.

Very nice and comfortable hotel, located in the park. They have their own parking. Rooms are big, clear and comfortable. The hotel has conditioners not only in each room, but in the corridors as well - and it makes your staying there absolutely perfect. They propose the usual continental breakfast - rather tasty (and it is not just the baking and cofee, like in some other hotels in Italy). When taking a taxi, I'd advise not to use Uber (you'll have to wait for them about 1 hour), but ask the receptionist to call the local taxi - it is much faster and cheaper.

If they could add tho the breakfast the potato or the porridge - it'd be excellent. And the price is a little bit expencive (as, seems, everything in this perfect city :) ).

The Swedish buffet style breakfast was good and with fresh products. The coffee was very good. The location of the hotel is near the Marconi metro station, on the outskirts, with good connections to the city center. A bit dirty city, though...

The filth in the city and the congestion in the places to visit, to which if appointments are still made, then some steps should be taken to allow a more airy and not crowded access...

Breakfast was good, we had a nice and clean room, and the staff was so nice, welcoming and super helpful! Would definitely recommend and go back. It was also really quiet at night around the hotel so we got a good sleep.

The bed was a little too hard but you got used to it after two nights. And if you do have really thick hair and long hair as I do then the showers won’t help. The water pressure in the shower was really bad so it took me a long time to get all the shampoo out of my hair.

A nice hotel in an convinient area close to the city center by metro or bus which are located 3-5 minutes walk from the hotel. Although it’s not a nice clean area it doesn’t really matter as the hotel has a small park around and it’s very quiet. Nice clean rooms, nice breakfast with many sweet and savory selections. Everyone at the hotel has been really nice polite and helpful. A really good choice for your stay in Rome if you don’t want to pay a fortune.

A pair of slippers would have been useful and something I expected from a 4 star hotel . The hotel staff could have taken care of the area that it’s outside the hotel gate although they certainly don’t have to but so much rubbish exactly at your gate it’s not a nice view

We loved friendly staff at the reception, especially Valerie. The rooms were super clean, and the breakfast was amazing with always something new and fresh. This hotel is not far from the metro (5min), so we could go all around the Rome with a weekly card for public transport.

We loved everything about this place.

The hotel is bright and clean, we were welcomed by a lovely lady at reception who was very helpful. The room was very spacious and clean. The hotel was quiet in the evenings and we slept well.

The Aircon was not powerful enough to cool the size of room. The lady who checked us out had a rude manner. But apart from those things the stay was fine.

Elevator extremely hot. Not much in vecinity to do. Reservations required to eat in on site hotel restaurant. Very limited menu. No coffee pot in room. No water, tea or any snacks available unless brought in by yourself. Room smelled bad. Smelled of pesticide spray. When reception was informed we were told hotel was completely booked and manager unavailable to address issue. Many Prostitutes working near hotel vicinity. I dont think I'd return to this hotel.
