The staff were all friendly, helpful, and attentive. The proximity to the metro station made travel across the city quick and easy. The range of available facilities was great. The rooms were spacious, clean, and provided everything we needed. The bar provided good quality drinks and snacks at a very reasonable price. It was possible to borrow portable chargers from reception - great as I forgot my own charger! Maid services were thorough. Breakfast included great variety, and attending staff went above and beyond their duties. Although the hotel is situated on a main road, the quality of the doors and windows in the room blocked out the noise. It was only noticeable if airing the room or making use of outside areas, and not an issue if aware of this prior to visiting! We also made use of the View during our stay. The food platter provided catered to our dietary requirements, and the experience was definitely worth the additional booking!

A matter of personal preference - the mattress was very firm.

Breakfast was very good and tasty. Rooms were clean. The hotel was very close to the subway that was taking me stright to Colosseum. Staff is pleasent and welcoming.

Walk to subway station was not pleasant, very dirty street and at night I didn't feel safe waling back to hotel. It's industrial zone and there's no possibility to have any pleasant walk around the hotel.

The hotel is situated very close to Marconi metro station which makes it very easy to get anywhere. The reception and staff are great, very helpful, and the service level and quality of food and drink for lunch and dinner was also very good. The room was very nice, and I also used the gym which was reasonably well equiped.

There are more interesting areas to stay in Rome and there are not so many restaurants and bars close by, but if you're traveling for business then that's not an issue and the close proximity to the metro means you can easily reach anywhere else in Rome in minutes.

Great location, 1 min walking distance from Marconi Subway station. The staff was super helpful and friendly. The bedroom was really good and quite clean. Overall had a great experience

The only thing I can point out is that the walls in the bedroom were very thin, I could hear other peoples voices in the rooms next to mine.

I spend 2 nights, and everything was great - everything was new in the room, decorations were good. Location was great as well - very close to metro station and you can quickly get to the centre. Also it’s only 20 mins to the CIA airport, which was perfect for my early flight. Also, wanted to write a special thanks to Giovanni - barista and waiter for my late night dinners. I felt truly welcomed thanks to him! breakfast was good as well. highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel was great! Staff was professional and helpful. They had a bar, we never used it, but it the atmosphere was nice. It had an indoor and outdoor seating area. We also had breakfast included in our stay, which was better than we expected. There was a decent amount of food options and the quality was delicious. The room we had was very clean, cozy bed, and we loved the bathroom. The bidet was a nice bonus as well!

Nothing out of the hotel's control! The biggest issue was the location from the city center, but I had not researched well enough beforehand. You'd have to take ubers and or taxis to get to the city, which can be pretty costly if you're not budgeted for it. We even rented a vespa, but with that it still took 20-25 minutes to get into the main attractions.

Location was really good 2 min walk from the metro which gets you to the centre or colosseum in 10 mins. Rooms was lovely we had a balcony room. Breakfast was lovely. The gentleman that does breakfast was really nice and was always rushing about trying to help out everyone. The owners dog is the cutest also and just makes the hotel.

when out the room the room conditioning doesnt work so when you get back to the room its roasting so we struggled to sleep most nights because of how hot the room was and the time it took for air conditioning to kick in. Beds wasnt that comfy but im not sure if it was down to the heat or the beds but we didnt sleep good for 3 nights in a row. We used the hot tub facilities on the roof top which was fine but thankfully we just did single use instead of the private use cause it wasnt much happening or there we also couldn’t get it to work properly but it was lovely to use for about a hour

the location was awesome. just a 2 minute walk to the nearest metro station which has straight connections to the city central. lovely room with a balcony overlooking at the buzzing roads yet very quiet room. comfortable bed.

staff needs more training and attention to details, the restaurant and food & beverage was chaotic. seemed to have lack of staff, long wait to catch anyones attention in the dining area. room service was not available on Friday night. wines were lovely tho. breakfast was rather poor with limited selection, no prosciutto on Sunday morning. reception was okay however didn’t even ask if we enjoyed our stay when checking out.

Spacious room and bath that were well-appointed for a European hotel (usually very small). Room had a balcony which was wonderful for adding a bit more space and privacy for our family. Hotel and bar Staff were friendly, helpful, accommodating. Good location next to metro stop and cafe and small convenience store. Pool and hot tub weren’t available this week, but great for next time!

Cleaning staff could’ve been more attentive to removing dirty cups and refilling instant coffee packs, but a real coffeemaker in the room would have been better! Rooms that sleep 3 should have separate toilet and area away from bathroom sink etc. More electric outlets would be helpful in this size room also.

very friendly staff. comfortable and clean room. excellent breakfast and very good food for dinner too. lots of genuinely useful extras, eg portable WiFi, which was a lifesaver when one of our phones refused to connect to 4g in Rome for some unknown reason.

the surrounding area is nothing special but the metro is convenient and nearby for going elsewhere
