Location is fine, very close to center and main attractions. We did not use the metro at all. Room is comfortable and clean. The staff is very friendly and nice! As for breakfast - there is no breakfast in the hotel, but there are a lot of places around where you can find something good.

This is not a quiet neighborhood. We spent two days at the hotel. On Friday everything was fine. But on Sunday night there was very loud music at a club near the hotel, the party didn't end until 2am, and my husband and I couldn't sleep until then. All in all, no rest after a full day of entertainment/touring Rome.

The location is probably one of the best in Rome. The Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, Medici House are all within 5-10 min walk. The Barberini metro station is 20m away, which allows you to go to the train station and all other parts of Rome. Colosseum is only a 10 min train station away. The rooms are clean, good size and comfortable. The staff are friendly, helpful and speak English well.

It is a bit on the expensive side, however if location and cleanliness are important to you this is your best bet. Also the staff is not there 24/7. The staff is there 7AM - 11PM, but there is an emergency number.

I liked everything.The location is spectacular, you can walk everywhere ;Right at the door you have buses and the subway. The place has surprised me a lot because it has been a week like being at home ,the staff is incredible. The attention. The cleanliness is very good. We have stayed a very good week in this hotel and very grateful for the help provided at all times . They don't have breakfast but it's also located near shops that you can go down and have everything , but they have a coffee machine with several things , the coffee it’s great 👍 so for me that wasn't a problem.( no breakfast) I hope I can go back to Rome and return to the same hotel, by the way, the mattresses are very good and it is appreciated after a day in the streets of Rome .it’s a really gooood place . 🥰 ahh ,and very fast wifi 👍

This hotel was much better than I have expected or read in the reviews. It is located just next to the metro station Barberini, which makes moving around the city super comfortable and easy. There are also many bus stops, but having a metro is already great enough. The room was clean and comfortable. There is no breakfast option, but there are some places nearby where you can have coffee, also the hotel has a coffee machine with some snacks. There is small fridge in the room and wifi works well. The PAM supermarket is just on the corner, and there are restaurants nearby. Trevi fountain is just 10min away. The staff was very friendly. We arrived in the morning and we left our luggage at the hotel before the check in, and also after checkin we could leave the luggages and return to pick them up later.

The room was very nice and extremely clean. The A/C was good and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel provided new towels and toilet paper on a daily basis. The staff was helpful and spoke English well. The hotel is located at a central position, right next to metro station Barberini. Therefore, it was easy for us to reach the most important sites by metro (Vatican, Colosseo, Piazza di Spagna, Piazza del Popolo, Villa Borghese). The hotel is within walking distance from major sites: Around 10 to 15 minutes from Trevi Fountain, Piazza di Spagna, Villa Borghese and around 20 to 25 minutes from Piazza Venezia, Piazza Navona and Pantheon. Furthermore, in front of the hotel there are bus stops with various buses useful for reaching the aforementioned sites when metro is not available as well as Isola Tiberina and Trastevere. Near the hotel there are some choices for eating and drinking that are cheaper compared to the rest of Rome. Moreover, a supermarket is close to the hotel, where water can be bought at a reasonable price.

- A portable, stronger hair drier would be nice. - The hotel entrance unlocks with the room key card. This makes it extremely difficult for one double room visitor to leave the hotel without the other visitor.

Fast check-in in the late night, porter was very helpful. Very clean. Maids made high quality service on daily basis. Nice room view. Perfect location in 10 minutes away from the Spanish steps, metro station is less than 1 minute walk from the hotel.

Instead of king size bed we had two combined mattresses. No kettle and glasses.

The location was fantastic, with a Metro stop outside, and within walking distance of everything. It was a clean area, and lots of shops and restaurants nearby, as well as a bus stop. The hotel and staff were fantastic. The rooms are clean, spacious, well equipped, have air con, and a safe. The bathroom is great, with a powerful shower. The rooms were cleaned daily, and the staff were helpful and attentive. I stayed here with my family for my wedding, and it was perfect. There is an outdoor area, which my parents used to smoke in. I would definitely stay here again.

I liked everything about this accommodation as it exceeded my expectations. Its super central and super safe for solo travellers. It is also extremely clean and comfortable. I will stay here again when I visit Rome again for sure and would recommend it to all family and friends. Its also quiet but really central which was surprising.

They don't offer breakfast which I knew when I booked it. It wasn't an issue however as there are cafes across the street. Oh a tiny thing, it didn't have a long mirror - I stayed in a few hotels in Rome and none of them had a long mirror so not sure if its just a Rome thing.

1/2 block from a subway stop. Lots of restaurants and attractions within 10 min. walking distance. Right next door the a church with Catacombs decorated by the monks that lived there at one time (really fascinating). Easy to get taxi service to and from this area. Staff was most helpful. Bottom line: Would I stay again? - yes. Would I recommend it to people I know? - yes.

It wasn't an issue with me but this hotel is very simply decorated and is not flamboyant at all. It is in an old rectory next to a church and still has the feel of that.

Clean, comfortable, convenient, quiet, and professional accommodation. I was very pleased with the location as walks to Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps were less than 10 minutes away. The area was quiet and safe as well as accessible to public transportation as the bus stop, train stop and taxi spot was within the block of the accommodation. I will definitely stay here again!

A couple days out of our 6 day stay we could hear other guests in their rooms, with the acoustics amplified from the hallway. The front doors must not be sound proofed. And the shuffles and door slams from other rooms were audible from our room. I’m a light sleeper and thankfully me and my family were worn out from our day exploring the city that we knocked out but it was hard falling asleep initially.
