The room was very clean and comfortable. Bathroom was comfortable. Location was excellent, half a block away from metro station and good options to eat around if you are too tired to go Trastevere. There’s a good vibe to the place, and the staff is super kind.

Elevator not working… we had two 20+ kg suitcases, and 2 hand luggage, that had to bring up two floors by stairs. The staff was kind enough to change our rooms so we wouldn’t need to go up yet another floor - and also down when we left. If it wasn’t for the lack of a present elevator that was unpermitted, it would’ve been great. Would stay again if they get it permitted. Our originally booked room was larger but we changed it just so we wouldn’t break our backs any further.

This hotel is in a great location, within 10-15 minutes walk from the Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps and The Pantheon. There is a metro stop at the end of the street with the Colesseum and Vatican City a few short stops away. Its also about a 15 minute walk from Termini so really easy to get to without having to use transport. The room was small but really nicely decorated, clean and comfortable. We were able to check-in to our room straight away despite arriving well before the advertised check-in time. The staff we encountered were all lovely and really helpful. We had a problem with our hairdryer and thisbwas quickly sorted by the time we got back that evening. They also allowed us to store our bags after checking out as we had a later flight which was great. You're able to come and go as you please as you're sent an entry code un advanced. Communication from the hotel was great with a text message the day before arrival with all instructions.

There was nothing we didn't like. There isn't a breakfast at this hotel but there's a lovely cafe downstairs (which you can get a discount for).

Service was good. Detailed description of everything. Room cleaning everyday . Not high prices of the products in the fridge, so we went ahead and used it. The room was prepared earlier than we planned. Close to the metro.

Personally, it didn't bother me very much, but they could have repaired the lock in the bathroom in 102. I have the impression that the door was down or the lock was installed incorrectly because it couldn't be used. Also they could paint over the mold in the bathroom. But overall good.

The room is big enough, clean and quiet. There is a coffee machine available. The place is in walking distance from Trevi Fountain and there is a metro station nearby. Also there are shops and restaurants around. The staff is outgoing and responsive. They agreed to keep our luggage for a while after checkout.

The elevator is not working but it is not a big problem as it is on the 2nd floor. The room was a bit moistly and a mould could be seen in the corner of the ceiling.

Great location near restaurants and Trainline with the essentials for what you need. Everything is stated clearly in the booking advertisement so it is important to read what you are booking (stairs, breakfast, staffed hours). We had an issue with our bathroom and staff were prompt in fixing the issue and offering alternative solutions as well as storing our luggage while we explored before our flight.

The location of this hotel is excellent, really comfy bed and great shower. Appreciate the extra amenities, like the fridge and the safe. Really good a/c system. The staff is really friendly and the room was very clean.

In hindsight we would have splurged for a bigger room as the double room was a bit small in terms of space, as we had 2 big suitcases with us. Still managed to have a great stay but would recommend the bigger rooms for longer stays!

Really liked this hotel. Communication in advance was really good. Very clear instructions. Reception was great. Very friendly. Our room was cosy but really nice. We booked the only room with a terrace. Well worth the extra. The terrace is huge. It was like a private garden. The bed was comfortable. Loved the shower. I would definitely come back. Breakfast was in the Cafe below the hotel. The Cafe owner was super nice. A generous and delicious breakfast. Brilliant location.

There are a lot of stairs. OK for us, but probably not great if you have mobility issues.

The location is excellent. Easy access to Line A metro and lots of tourist places are actually walking distance. Reception hours are limited....but easy to work around....and the receptionist was super friendly and helpful. The room was quiet and comfortable.

There was a step in the middle of the room ...I guess to deal with bathroom plumbing. After 3 trip ups, we left a bag in the middle of the step to force us to stop and look.

Great location, a minute walk from the train station. Lots of places to eat nearby, especially one just a couple doors down. Very clean room, and visually appealing room. Nice smart TV w/access to Netflix. Cool shower with the different coloured lights.

Honestly, everything was fantastic except for the fact that in my room there's a big balcony door/window right next to the toilet and there's only a sheer curtain covering the door making for privacy issues. Apart from that, nothing at all!

absolutely fantastic location, all the main tourist attractions are within walking distance and very accessible from Ciampino airport. The rooms we had were smart, nicely decorated and furnished well. The reception was really helpful and welcoming.

One of the rooms we had was quite small and all of the rooms had some visible mould, however both these issue were pretty minor for us. There wasnt much space to hang clothes in the small room. Carrying the suitcases up the steps was a nuisance but we were completely aware we needed to do this before going.
