The location is fantastic, the interior is beautiful and the room with the space we had was perfect. Our host Andrea was pleasant, full of information & on hand with any request we had! Nothing was too much trouble & he was simply, the perfect front of house/host. Breakfast was delivered promptly each morning & it was delightful enjoying it each morning overlooking the streets below, whilst planing our day.

Absolutely nothing!

It was our first stay in Rome. Andres really went above and beyond to help. He took care of our dinner reservations, advised us on where to go shopping and what to visit... booked a taxi (a very posh one too). And we just simply enjoyed a little everyday chit chat with him.

The room has seen better days...

Casa Montani was 5/5. We would definitely stay there again. Price was quite affordable considering everything what Casa Montani had to offer. Location was great. Metro’s stairs right next to the front door and it is possible to walk to every main attraction. Colosseum was the furthest one and we walked back from there to the Casa (about 1,5 km). Room was clean and they cleaned the room everyday right after we left to explore the city. Bed was very comfortable. I have to thank Andrea for being such a great host. It was really a pleasure to have Andrea there. He helped us with everything and restaurants which he told us were good picks!

Loved the building. Fantastic staff. Our room was beautiful, but our view was blocked by a scaffolding, which was wrapped in a screen. Looked great from the street, but robbed us of our view. One of the most important feature, when we choose a hotel and a room, is the view, the interior of the room, how comfortable the bed is and the water pressure of the shower. This room would have hit all of those. I’m disappointed that we were not told that we were not going to have a view, due to the repairs. Twice we saw workmen walking by our windows. We wouldn’t have chosen this hotel had we known that we were not having that view, which was of the gate to Piazza del Popolo.

It was not disclosed to us, that we were not going to have a view. We booked this room, because of the view. That was very disappointing. If we didn’t have one more window that was facing to the side street, it felt being in a room without windows.

The room was incredible, very large and spacious, beds were comfy - we opted for two single beds which wqas great! Room was always clean and tidy. Breakfast was simple and delivered to you room to eat, rather than an area. We had a croissant and some bread and cheese, which was okay but if you wanted something more exciting then go out for breakfast. Check-in was mostly smooth, you have to sign up to their app beforehand, however we stated we were arrving prior to 3pm and couldn't access the building, luckily someone was coming out so we managed to go in, otherwsie we would have been unable to leave our bags anywhere. Our room was ready by 2:45pm. Location was great, around a 20min walk from most places, 30mins to the colleseum but it was very quiet with the windows shut and felt safe.

The communication before arrival was excellent. The instructions given for entering the building at the rooms sounded complicated but was very easy with the links provided. Great location right at Piazza del Popolo, end of Via del Corso and Villa Borghese, walking distance to many sites and easy for Uber or using the metro (just a few steps from the building). Andrea was very helpful upon arrival with information and restaurant suggestions, etc. The room itself was clean, spacious (for Rome) and had many nice touches such as a large closet, toiletries and good wifi.

All was great!

Everything was exactly as presented on the website. Excellent value accommodation for the price. Beautiful design and much appreciated comfort. Beds and pillows were so soft, closets had lighting, there was enough clothes storage, a fully functional large smart TV connected to the internet had streaming apps, the bathroom was spacious enough and marble inside left luxury fell to it. Having a bidet was much appreciated too. Everything was absolutely spotless and functioned so well. A very decent breakfast served on a trolley in the room was an exquisite touch. The option of using classic keycard instead of a smart key made entrance in the building and in the room very easy. We loved the old charming elevator. The location is excellent, hard to get better. Metro is just a few steps away, Piazza del popolo is just across and all other major sites and attractions are within walking distance. Andrea was an outstanding host, very professional and pleasant in every way. From the first moment of booking, communication was prompt and very helpful. We got wonderful recommendations and had some really delicious food. Thank you one more time! We will be back!

Oriental fragrance of the bath products and of those used for space refreshment is not our favorite. However this was not an issue for us at all.

Amazing stay , the check in process in really easily and face as you get your keys online prior to arriving.. the staff was super nice and helpful.. the breakfast being served in the room was a great way to start our morning

Nothing really, but if you are not a fan of long distance walking (15-20 min) to most of the attractions you might not prefer to stay here .. however there are couple of attractions 5 min away.

The staff was incredibly helpful friendly and welcoming! A big plus! The room was beautiful and very comfortable and super clean! The location was good as well.. just a few steps away from the metro connection and within walking distance to most of the interesting parts of Rome!

The breakfast could be a bit better… the coffee didn’t taste good and the bread we orderd once was very plain and very hard.. the fruit plates were nice and fresh but perhaps they can change in the variety of fruits.. it was the same everyday.. besides the breakfast I love everything

We loved the size of the room it felt really spacious. The breakfast was delivered to the room by the friendliest woman, felt luxurious to have breakfast in bed. Great location right next to the Borghese Gardens. The host Andrea was excellent! Booked us galleries and tables for dinner, he was full of recommendations and really made our stay fantastic. We would stay here again for sure!
