The location is great - close to metro and city center, max 30min walk from all important monuments. There is a grocery store just across the street. Provided breakfast (coffee, tea, milk, juice, cereal, toast, croissant, marmelade&co) is good and plentiful. If you prefer something savory, the store downstairs has everything and more. The elevator is very convenient when you have bags or when you are so tired you cannot take another step 🤣 Extra pillows and blankets available The staff was so nice and helpful, any request we had was taken care of.

There are 2 bedrooms, but one of them is actually a partial wall separating a corner of the livingroom/kitchen, no window of its own, and no privacy. Enough space, though, did not feel crammed at all. There are 3 appartments, i don't know if that is the case for all of them. If this is something you care about - ask the manager

Great room in a great location. The room I stayed in is one of the few in the apartment and is located in a 100 year old residential building. It's located right next to a metro station and few steps away from Villa Borghese. Location was definitely a 10/10, since all the main tourist attractions were easily reachable whether by foot or metro. It was also right next to the city center, but not in the loud and over-populated area. Streets were fairly quiet during the night. The room itself had AC in it and also featured a small kitchen with refrigerator and microwave. We had great gifts welcoming us upon arrival - champagne and pie, and room was always clean upon our arrival. We stayed there for 6 nights and felt welcome every day.

While the streets were quiet, the room itself is one of few in the apartment. Unfortunately, other residents can be heard through walls and doors fairly easily.

We had a really lovely stay at Residenza Romana. Everyone was so welcoming and very efficient and responsive, very friendly and pleasant staff. They went out of their way to facilitate our check in time and were there to welcome us and talk us through everything upon arrival. They were very amenable and allowed us to check out an hour later than normal. The apartment is very clean and comfortable and they left ample food and cold drinks for breakfast in the morning. The location is great, it is away from the main tourist hubs which is ideal at this time of year, but everything is really accessible by Metro or foot. There are some lovely restaurants and shops in the environs.

We enjoyed the location, appreciated the variety of snacks and juice, and the option for luggage storage was very helpful before our train left to our next destination. We never interacted in person with the host but the cleaning lady who helped us store our luggage and the doorman who checked us in were helpful and kind.

Of the three AC units, only one was working. Their advice was to keep one on continuously to keep all three rooms cooler. It worked out ok but wasn’t ideal. Mattress was suitable but not the most comfortable.

The location was great, we have been to Rome before and love the neighborhood. Quiet street. The customer service was top notch and very helpful. We had been traveling for a few weeks so the elevator was really helpful with our luggage. The whole building was really clean and in great shape. The unit was really clean and very nice. This property was actually better priced than all others that were similar, Rome is just expensive. I would definitely recommend this place.

All was good actually.

The B&B is furnished with great taste and attention to detail, it is very clean. Our room was huge, divided into the lounge/dining and sleeping area. The location of Residenza Romana is perfect: some five minutes’ walk to the subway (easy connection to Fiumicino airport via Termini), the same distance to the Piazza del Popolo. You are close to the main tourist attractions (easily reached by foot, e.g. it takes some 25 minutes to walk to the Vatican museums) but away from the tourist swarm. There is also a small supermarket just round the corner. I particularly liked the idea of having breakfast in the room because you can eat it at whatever time you want. There is a kitchenette with all the necessary equipment in the room, and breakfast foods were provided too. I have seen people complaining in their reviews about breakfast being minimal. It was fine for us. The check-in was very smooth, the staff (the two ladies we have met) were extremely friendly and helpful, we had a couple of requests, they were attended to without any delay.

It was great to have so much space for our family especially after the cramped quarters of a cruise ship. The vintage building was amazing and so well kept. My teens really enjoyed the elevator and the fact that we had "keys" to our room. Location was great and we felt very safe. It was perfect for our family of four.

Beds were a little hard but everything else was great! We even had a pie left for us to enjoy for breakfast.

A great place to stay for a few days if you don't want to be tied to breakfast time. Here breakfast is simple but tasty and it's all in the room. Comfortable and big enough room for a few days, quiet place, but not too far from all the main tourist destinations. Personal was really welcoming, even though we arrived late due to baggage issues.

There are steps in the bathroom, so you need to be careful there. Other than that nothing to complain about.

Very clean, nice, comfortable, classic property. It is very close to Piazza de Popolo, Trevi fountain, and many nice tourist sites nearby. Very easily accessible from public transport, and Flaminio subway station. Tons of good restaurants, shopping, bars within walking distance. Ignazio, a very good guy, was very kind, and helpful with anything we asked. It was great that they provided some water, juices, and snacks for our comfort.

The apartment looks amazing even better in person. The location was also excellent, I went everywhere by foot, it couldn’t be better. All staff are really nice. In Special Luiggi that I didn’t meet in person but it was always helpful and replying quickly to all me questions. I would definitely come back.Too sad to leave this place… :(

The pillows were too high and a bit uncomfortable. I read the reviews before and I was ready for that. My only suggestion would be to add a few smaller pillows so the guests can have the option to change it needed.
