The staff were very friendly, waited outside for us for check in even after we were an hour late due to a delayed flight and the man was very friendly and helpful The air conditioning wad amazing, cooled the room down instantly when it was too hot and the bed was comfy, nice bathroom too

We only managed to find 1 plug socket to charge all our devices, would have been better to have plug socket either side of the bed but not a big issue Would have preferred more than 1 toilet roll on check in, we ended up buying more, again not a big issue

The property was exactly as in the pictures, close to main attractions but in a neighbourhood where is not busy at all and you can rest and recharge batteries. Have loads of restaurants and ice cream shops close and the place was regularly cleaned every morning.

Id like to have more fluent conversation with the people on charged, as it’s a bed and breakfast there were not people all the time to open the door and after to ask several times I didn’t had an answer and was afraid if someone would be there when I arrived.

The room we got did not look like images provided. Property was fairly clean, however, noticed a few places in the room that could use some dusting. It was quite a small space - however, we usually travel with backpacks and don’t tend to spend a lot of time in accommodation so it was ok. Although, rooms are cleaned daily , shower gel/ shampoo was not topped up so it was not enough at the end. Bathroom was also very small and cramped, shower doors did not close properly.

Secure and in a good location to Vatican City, restaurants and shops. Staff were friendly and the room was cleaned every day. Also very accommodating with late check in and the confusion about booking.coms hacking

It is a compact room which is adequate if you are a business person in for a couple of days or just need a nice place to sleep

Place is really nice and clean. We were coming in late and the staff was kind enough to wait for us outside the property and welcome us. It is really easy to find, couple of streets away from the metro station and there are multiple bus stations right around the corner. Our room was cleaned every day. All in all it was a pleasant stay.

If you're a tall or a larger person, the shower space can be a little tight. Also, there were some weird noises, like faucets running during the night, nothing too serious, but it would probably bother us if we were staying for a longer period of time.

The city is wonderful and everything amazed us at all times! The place was good and confortable, nice water pressure in the shower and the breakfast, although small was a nice start to a full day at the "caput mundi"!

There was a bit of dirt in the lamp right above our bed. There was a hole right by the mirror in our toilet and we would often see a few ants coming out of it...

The property is in a great location, has working aircon and very comfy bed!

No drawers for clothing and extremely small shower.

Exactly what you need during the summer in Rome, great location, aircon works very well and the bed is comfortable. Good value for money. Round the corner is an airport shuttle stop so instead of taking 14€ train from Fiumicino to Termini and then underground, you can take this bus directly from the place and save yourself money as it’s only 8€.

I guess not much, maybe that the doors of the shower closed a bit better but that’s a bit of nit picking

Bed was very comfy. Room was spotless and bed was made and Rome tidied even with us just staying 2 days. Air con was great as we visited during a heat wave. Check in staff were there as soon as we arrived and we’re very polite and helpful. We were able to leave out luggage after check out and given a key to collect before our flight. Was very impressed with hotel and was also in a great location not to far from restraunts / bars but nice and quiet at night.
