The location was excellent just one minute from the main street of shopping street. But you need taxi to go to the downtown. I like the receptionist staff were very cheerful and welcoming the gust and helpful.

The breakfast buffet was acceptable level and there are not many choices especially the eggs as there are two kinds only scrambled and boiled eggs, but both were cold. When you request fresh eggs dishes as omelet, fried eggs and poached you have to pay. The standard Double Room was a very small only 15meter square and we couldn't be able to walk with two medium sizes of our luggage.

There was a wide range of breakfast options with good scramble eggs breads and pastries. We like the quiet neighbourhood and the staff at the reception including the cleaning staff we met at the corridor were very friendly. Our cruise arrived Rome very early in the morning and we really appreciated the early check in. the staff were very helpful staff. The room was also in decent size for 3 people.

the electric blind was half stuck and didn't function properly, the shower gel bottle was already half used in the shower. (they did give us two brand new ones by the sink, but would appreciate if the used one was replaced.) the room was a bit dark even with all lights turned on. the breakfast juices were quite diluted.

The Ozio Restaurant was outstanding. We ate lunch there on several days. The food and rooftop terrace views were delightful. The service was exceptional. Esther made us feel welcome and made some excellent menu suggestions followed by outstanding table service. This restaurant is a gem! We will be back on our next trip. The location of the hotel was conveniently located in a good neighborhood near the Vatican and had easy accessibility to other major sites in Rome. We plan to stay here again. The breakfast was wonderful - lots of choices including eggs, bacon, cured meats, cheese, fruit, juices, cereal, milk, and coffees.

It was very modern, clean and spacious!! A wonderful hotel for couples and just the perfect location down cute Italian streets that thrive in food culture!! The hotel staff were amazing I couldn’t have asked for better service, greeting us everytime we saw them, being extra patient as we didn’t understand a great deal of Italian!!

The view from our room was poor! We were looking at old stairs from the window which wasn’t amazing as we did come over the valentines period, I understand there wasn’t an option to have a room with a view so we didn’t mind as much. We booked the ozio restaurant for our valentines meal which was lovely however there was no information that it was a set menu, the communication for this was very poor however the food was incredible!

Breakfast was great, breakfast staff very friendly. Room was very comfortable and clean. All housekeeping requests attended to promptly. Rooftop was amazing. Room service was quick and tasty. Nice products in bathroom. Prati is a beautiful area with lovely shops and cafe’s.

One of the gentleman on Reception did not have great customer service. Did not seem like he wanted to assist readily with queries. I don’t know if it was because I am female.

All the staff were friendly and helpful keeping our (many) bags for us on the last day as we wandered around Rome. The rooftop bar was fantastic with beautiful views, lovely canapés and cocktails. The small restaurant over the road was perfect after a long day walking around the city.

Although away from the centre this didn't detract from the location. It was actually quite pleasant to be in a quieter district after walking around Rome.

The location was perfect. A great combination of just off the beaten track but walking distance from so many places. Oh my, the room was fabulous - the executive. Just perfect. The roof top terrace has amazing views of St Peter's. Great for a sunset drink.

The breakfast options were rather restrictive. There were oats and seeds on morning 1, but they weren't available for the other 2 morning. I avoid wheat so it was difficult to find other things. Please be more adventurous.

We loved the location. Neighborhood is really nice, with shops and restaurants around the corner, also walking distance from many city attractions, but not in the middle of the crowed touristic areas. Room was modern and very comfortable. Breakfast was very good and served at the top floor with a very nice view. Staff was very nice and helpful. Restaurant is great (and expensive), in the terrace with an awesome panoramic view. Only open for dinner and reservation is needed cause it is usually fully booked.

They asked for full payment at check in before I even got to see the room. No room service and the restaurant (which is great) was fully booked most of the days with no priority for hotel guests. Very small closet and no drawers but this is common to many hotels in Italy.

Lovely hotel. Spotless clean. Staff were very friendly, and professional. Breakfast was simple, but tasty, perfect for city break quick breakfast. Rooms were big, lovely and clean. Bathrooms were big, showers were hot, powerful and spotless clean again. Ideally located for Vatican, Colosseum and close to trendy area with nice bars and restaurants. If we return to Rome, will stay here again for sure.
