Location is awesome you are right in the middle of downtown shopping areas, restaurants, and the river bridge area. It was close to the Vatican which we liked and wanted to spend time at. The rooftop bar was really cool and had nice views. The view is amazing up there and you can see the whole city from the very top! The breakfast buffet in the morning was phenomenal and very good. They had all you can eat pastries, croissants, fruit, coffee, tea, and a omelet cooking station. The hotel staff and maids were extremely nice and professional and accommodating. There’s also a little secret closet room they will show you if you have to iron clothes. Overall, we absolutely loved it and will definitely stay here again if we ever go back to Roma!

There was a slight sewage smell in the bathroom the first night we were there. It would come and go but at one point we almost called to switch rooms. But we had to mask the smell and just dealt with it for the night. It went away thankfully after the night.

The rooms were great, including a jetted tub which was needed after 2 weeks of walking Italy. Nice location, great staff, and exceptional roof top breakfast. Within walking distance to the Vatican (less than 1 mile).

it was a bit muggy and warm when we were there (Early May), which is warm for that time of year. The air conditioning was not operational out of respect for energy conservation due to the war in the Ukraine, which I totally respect. They were conserving energy for the hotter months of summer. we slept with wide open windows, which actually was lovely.

Very good breakfast ( I was able to order a decaf cappuccino with soy milk!) on the rooftop with a view of St. Peter's. Location is an easy walk to historic center, lots of restaurants/services near the hotel. Very walkable. Very good use of space in the room/bathroom/closet. Rooms stay nice and cool with the air conditioning and the windows help keep out a lot of the road noise. Very friendly and helpful staff.

No conditioner for hair, just shampoo, but this is a minor thing.

Fantastic stay! Excellent location, all main attractions are within walking distance. Excellent friendly staff assisted in all our needs, breakfast with the panoramic view was delicious, and a variety of food was impressive. we were a family of three, the room was cozy and spacious and had a little cute balcony. We will be back next year and definitely will recommend it to all our friends and family!

The staff is absolutely wonderful. Very helpful. Daniel (sp?) made efforts to give me an early checkin. Took care of my car service in the morning to the airport. Who were on time and was a clean comfortable Mercedes for a few Euros more than a taxi. Lastly he set me up with a map to get around. Daniela (sp?) was the sweetest person who took care of me during the evening shift. The location is as described by other reviewers. On a quiet safe street. A perfect retreat from the crowds, cars and scooters. Fantastic seafood restaurant on the next block and a few cafes on the street for a quick bite or expresso. The rooftop garden is beautiful! Breakfast- delicious. Made to order eggs, cheeses, sliced meats, fresh fruit, pastries, on and on. Filled up for my long day of of travelling. Incredible views.

Wifi worked intermittently. Especially if you are are trying to stream. I did get help from Daniella and it made a difference. The room was large enough for me or two people but it was dark. I faced Into a lovely courtyard but also into a wall. Having said that, the room stayed cool from not being in direct Sun which I really appreciated after walking back from the Spanish steps. I was sweltering. I think if I stayed for a few more days I would prefer not to be in the dark so much. Personally the bed was a tad hard for me but the linens were comfortable. Excellent shower. Good pressure and plenty of hot water

very well located. Prati is a nice district and calm at night. I think in the superior room (3rd floor) and the experience was just awesome. Quiet room , AC works very well, it was clean. The staff was amazing. All the way from the reception to the breakfast guys. I would definitely stay here again.

Wifi not so useful and the bed was a bit hard for my taste, but nothing that impaired our stay.

Nice location easily accessible from the old central parts of town. Walking distance to most sights. We got a bigger room than booked so that was very nice of course. Room was clean and comfortable. Good breakfast selection served on the rooftop. The bar is also very nice, also located on the rooftop.

We asked the hotel to help us get a taxi, but the taxi was not a part of any of the known companies and the driver charged us €5 extra to pay our ride by card instead of cash, which none of the "real" taxis ever did. So not sure why the hotel would send us a shady taxi... Didn't feel great.

The most important thing that I should write about is the safest hotel for women solo travelers. It was my first solo trip. I slept very well without any disturbing things. It was the best location for me (thanks to my dearest friend who lived in Rome years ago. She suggested to me that area) The breakfast was good. Most people also tell that. It isn’t Turkish breakfast:) But I had lots of choices. The housekeeping staff cleaned my room every day. I don't know Italian but we got along well with lovely, helpful ladies. (Thanks to them a lot) My room was in the backside on the fifth floor (#500). There were renovations in the building opposite. But it didn't bother me.

I didn't have anything negative experiences.

Breakfast on the rooftop was great - lots of delicious choice. I reserved two rooms. One room was for myself and my husband I felt this room was a little too cramped for two people with two large suitcases. The room that I reserved for my three adult children was wonderful, very spacious room, a sitting area and plenty of area for all their luggage.

The location.

This hotel does everything well. The service is very good in every aspect, from the front desk to housekeeping, to the staff at breakfast and evening. We enjoyed apertivo and nightcaps on the roof that offered a great view of the city. Breakfast was a very nice buffet with some short order for eggs and pancakes. The location is great. A short walk to the Colloseum and Pantheon across the river, then Vatican City and Castle Sant’Angelo just minutes from the hotel.
