The hotel is very comfortable and within close proximities to all major attractions or public transportation systems in Rome. It is easy to move around when lodged here, and has very friendly and helpful staff (Giovanni, Germano, Howais and Claudia). Getting to the metro stations (about two of them) is about 10 minutes walk from the hotel. Room and bathroom was clean and decent enough for an adventure traveler. They had daily housekeeping too. I would recommend this place.

The Staff was wonderful.. The Desk Agents were very helpful locating places to eat .. the room was adequate for all my needs and fully met my expectations… The morning breakfast was above my expectations.. Gloria and a gentleman that worked in the Kitchen 4/22 were exceptionally helpful.. Good scrambled eggs and bacon plenty of fresh fruit..

The bathroom drain plug was hard to keep open I had to pull it up with my finger nails .. I think this might be common,, perhaps because I experienced the same in Firenze..

We really enjoyed the hotel. It had everything that we needed. It’s in a good location, it was quiet and it had good restaurants close by. Also, the train station was only about a five minute walk away. We want to especially thank Awas and Claudia for their great service. Awas went out of his way to help us with the ticket cancellation issue. He really saved us a lot of hassle and he was just great. Prior to this stay we stayed at a four-star hotel walking distance from Tribuna. It was a great hotel, but there was nothing around it and it required public trans to get to the center of town.

For the location and the amount, I have no negative comments.

The hotel is situated in a very good location, close to Roma Termini which very convenient when exploring the surroundings. In the neighbourhood there are 2 very good restaurants, if you want to enjoy some local dishes. The breakfast is basic, but sufficient to boost your energy for the day. At the front desk, Germano is the best person to offer tips about exploring Rome. He is a very kind, nice and helpful person.

Cleaning should be better addressed (bedsheets and towels to be changed on a regular basis). Mopping and vacuuming should be more thoroughly done. Breakfast could included some vegetables too.

The room was spacious, well-furnished, and equipped with everything you could need for a comfortable trip. It was kept spotlessly clean, thanks to great room service. The reception staff were incredibly helpful and warm—they even personally showed me to my room and explained how to use the room card. The air conditioning was powerful, which was a relief during the warmer days. The breakfast was also a highlight, offering a wide variety of food to choose from. The location is convenient, just a 15-minute walk from the train station and surrounded by plenty of restaurants, cafés, and shops.

It’s a pity there’s no view out of the window from my room.

The staff were very helpful. First of all, our train got delayed like 4 hours so we arrived very late and the receptionist was very kind to wait for us and even told us were we could still get some food despite the late hour. I really appreciated the water in the room. After traveling for so many hours, not having to worry about finding a store to get some water was definitely a plus. He gave us a map, showed us where all the main places were. Breakfast is usually included in your reservation, I definitely recommend you to eat there before you go out to explore. It’s very complete and it starts at 7:30. Perfect if you go to La Fontana di Trevi for the early bird pictures and then go back to the hotel for breakfast. The room was impeccable, didn’t have any issues with the shower as I read on other reviews. We arrived at the hotel 1am,

Everything was outstanding.

We were in the same month two time the first one the given the room 109 nice and comfortable but the second they give us room 111 terrible!! The bed was hard,no too much water in the shower and the staff is not the same before ,just one welcome us second time but the other not the same. Is too much different the first stay that the second,in my first review I wrote everything 💯💯excellent but now was different!!!But in general is very very good and location for the price!!

The hotel is situated in a quiet area, which is quite lively at night, with many restaurants around. It is within walking distance from Roma termini and public transport is also within walking distance. The room was comfortable and quite spacious, as was the bathroom. Breakfast was fine. Staff were friendly and helpful. We were provided with some snacks and fruits the day we had to go out before breakfast time, and bags of ice cubes to treat a sprained ankle.

Some hooks to hang used towels would have been useful. Otherwise, nothing to say.

Location is away from tourist areas, so there are many quite good local restaurants that are reasonably priced. And there's a supermarket near by.The hotel room is relatively clean though small and simple. Nonetheless, it has all the necessary amenities, and the double bed was big. We arrived early, and the hotel let us check-in early. The TV had many international channels.

While the location is away from tourists area, it also meant far from attractions. It's about 10 minutes walk to the nearest metro station or the main train station. Breakfast was a little on light side and not very fresh. The room temperature is a bit too hot. The room and bathroom are small, which we knew ahead of time from the pictures. There's not enough desk space to put your stuff. The rooms are basically good for sleeping.

Hotel is not a big one and very easy to get there from the Airport. It is accessible to train lines which can connect you to major tourists attractions in Rome as major attraction sites are along the metro destinations of Battistini-Anagnina (which you can board from the Repubblica Metro station). I particularly liked the location as it gave me the opportunity to walk around and explore the streets of Rome like I wanted. It is also very easy to locate from the Leonardo Da Vinci Airport (Fiumicino). The hotel staff I met at different points in my stay (Giovanni, Germano and Valentin) were all super helpful in booking tours, describing directions to planned destinations - most importantly, they were all very friendly. I arrived Italy in the morning time so got to the hotel before check in time, and was allowed an early check-in at no extra cost (this is based on request beforehand and availability at the time of arrival). I stayed in a single room which was not so big but was very comfortable for relaxation and sleep. Hotel is also close to a number of restaurants (Italian and non-Italian) - the choice of food to try will be yours :). Another striking hospitality shown was providing breakfast pack for me as my departure flight was early, so had to leave before breakfast - truly an appreciated measure! I will definitely stay here again if/whenever I visit Rome again!!!
