The room was very clean and perfectly located. The checking was entirely automatic and just talked with the staff because I needed to leave my bag for the day, but the girl that took care of my request had such a positive energy and attention that it was a very nice conversation. Overall will stay again next time I'm in rome.

I don't really have anything bad to say honestly. Maybe the automated checking process can be daunting or confusing at first for some so watch out about that. For everything else it was a very nice experience. Ohh and now that I remembered the kettle provided was not working.

The location was excellent to the train station. The hosts were very responsive to any request, it was clean.

The room we were given had a connection door which didn’t give privacy, not good! Thin walls which also contributed to noise levels and the shower power was poor. The bed was firm which isn’t to my liking but my wife found it more comfortable than I.

the walls are a little thin i could hear the person in the other room snoring and my shower head was broken but the rail fall shower head worked so not really a problem for me.

We had the room with an adjourning door to another room. Unfortunately, the door may as well have been open, as you could hear absolutely everything!

Great location close to Roma Termini. Plenty of restaurants and shops just around the corner. Easy check in and out.

Noisy. If your a sensitive sleeper remember to bring earplugs. Very thin walls.

Great location, nicely furnished, comfortable and cute.

Not a huge complaint - but the shower gel/shampoo and toilet roll could be better quality and the hairdryer was pretty powerless - it wasn’t a huge deal for me since I have short hair. The walls really are very thin and street noise went on till late - not the place for you if this kind of thing bothers you massively. But I expect it on holiday, so wasn’t put off too much.

It is convenient to the train station. The room was comfortable with a great outlook on the streets of Rome.

As someone that walks everywhere it was far from the main sites but got a few kms in which I didn’t mind too much. no issues if you’re planning to catch the metro everywhere.

The location was excellent with a 5-minute walk to the Termini. The room was very spacious and super clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful immediately with any request.

I mentioned the bed wasnt so comfortable and the management said they appreciated my feedback and would definitively make a change, I feel positive they will.
