The property was very clean and had what we needed to enjoy our stay!

The housekeeper will unlock your door in the morning and walk in while you are still sleeping! this happened about 3 times one morning so we were unable to have a lie in.

Location is good and very nice restaurants and bars nearby. Short wall to central station. The staff was super friendly :). Also I liked the round bed in the room. Air conditioned room was also super as it was hot in rome during our stay. Bonus also for the mini fridge in the room.

Pillows were flat and it was hard to sleep because I am used to fluffy pillows. The room was small but it had everything you need to for me it was not an issue. Also there were no blinding curtains.

the receptionist was so nice and he gave us great recommendations to eat!

Place is close to train station, popular city seeing places and close to local shops. Very nice and helpfull staff. Nice, that can check in from 9:00, not like other places from 14:00 or 15:00 Room is small, but bed was super comfortable. Coffee and tea maker with tea, coffee and sugar – it's very good ekstra. There is a possibility that if you have an electrical appliance with a large power cord end, it can cause inconvenience to their electrical outlets - in all of Italy, but this hotel have special one.

Due to covid - breakfast was in a nearby cafe - offers only coffee and one bun. Heater was not working properly – it take time to heat room. Little bit loud - i heard everyone, who came back to their rooms, and through closed window heards bells from local restaurant - who looks like inform like that, that dinner is ready.

The hotel is very unique as it sits in a second floor in a classic italian building. (TQuiet neigborhood but Location is very near the center (8mins walk or smthn) There’s a restaurant downstairs.. receptionist is a Filipino and is the nicest. ❤️ the room is huge and clean. Hugh ceilings too

None. Just the right hotel for a weekend full of activities in Rome.

The hotel was clean and tidy and we were able to check in immediately even though we arrived in the morning. The location is great, just off one of the main roads in Rome (although it wasn’t noisy at all) and we were within walking distance from everything, only 10 minutes from the colosseum. Lots of nice cafes and restaurants just round the corner from the hotel as well. The communication with the hotel was great and they even booked us a taxi back to the airport for our early morning flight no problem. The rooms were cleaned daily and there was water and coffee available in the room. Good value for money, would definitely recommend.

Can’t really fault our stay at all but all I can say is that the shower leaked quite a lot on the bathroom floor.

The hotel is in the perfect location, the people working there are very polite, there was a coffee machine in the room, the towels were changed daily and everything was clean.

The room was tiny, we got a round bed, so the legs were hanging in the air while sleeping and a person who needed to check air conditionier entered the room while we were sleeping.

+ Great location, close to the center and main monuments (15min walk) + Amazing receptionist, very helpful with everything :) + Air conditioner and mini fridge

- Maybe the bathroom could be a little more tidy - Also we couldn’t lock our balcony door - Not good poistion of the balcony - the view from the balcony was straight into the neighboring windows, so we had to keep the curtains closed during the day

the location was perfect we could go everywhere by foot and a minute walk to pubs and restaurants

walls were very thin not ideal for a light sleeper like myself could hear everything from others staying in the hotel

the property was in an ideal location 10 minute walk from the train station and bus stop so was easy to get to from the airport. it was also close to all the main attractions in Rome. the property itself was clean and the staff were lovely, our beds were made everyday too! would highly recommend.
