The hotel is in a great location, it’s around a 15 min walk away from the Trevi Fountain and 15 mins from the Colloseum. It’s a 15-20 min walk from Termini, the main bus/train station, which is ideal if you’re getting a transfer from the airport. We also walked to Vatican City which took around 55 mins. There are lots of nice restaurants dotted around the back streets near the hotel around 5-10 mins away and a couple of small supermarkets nearby. The staff were really friendly and helpful, going out of their way to make sure we had a great stay and the room was really clean.

the property is in a perfect spot near most attractions, staff are so friendly and willing to help! had a private taxi to the hotel and back to the airport and the lady who drove us was very nice and polite also and if your worried about getting a Covid test there’s plenty that are less then a 10 minute walk away! amazing place to stay and good value for money and the spa was also very relaxing.. money on top for the spa but do get discount if your staying at the hotel. would come back again

Relais de l’Opera is a great location for your time in Rome! Upon arrival, the staff were incredibly helpful, providing us with a map with suggestions of the best areas to eat etc to avoid tourist traps. There are several other factors that make this a great location! - Colosseum is approx 15 minute walk away - Spanish steps is approx 15 minute walk away - Trevi fountain is approx 15 minute walk away - Termini station is approx 15 minute walk away where you can take bus route 64, 49 or express bus 40 to the Vatican. - You can also get the bus to the Vatican from the Main Street which is located just behind of the hotel! The premises itself is clean, comfortable and staff are incredibly helpful. The rooms are basic but the cleanliness of the premises is one of our top priorities when travelling so this met our expectations. The premises is great value for money considering it is so close to main attractions in Rome! There are some great restaurants located near the premises also so you won’t have to travel far! Doveralù located on the Main Street behind the premises is particularly good for breakfast & dinner. We would definitely return to stay at this location when travelling to Rome in the future!

The window in our room didn’t fully close so we could hear all the street noise but this was only a slight issue!

Clean and well appointed with friendly and helpful staff. Was close to the Colosseum. My flight was delayed so I was unable to check in when staff were around as planned. The staff went above and beyond and made me a personal video to show me exactly how to get into the property after hours and where to find my room. I was so impressed by the effort they went to and very grateful too!

The bed was not that comfortable - mattress felt hard and thin.

The location was brilliant, close enough to walk to everything. Lovely little cafes close by to enjoy an early morning pastry. The property was very clean and staff were really helpful.

I was under the impression I would have had a city view with the deluxe room as that was stated on the website. However, I had the court yard view which was not as expected. The room was perfect base so this wasn’t a problem.

Amazing location in the heart of the city, the staff were extremely helpful in setting out the city to us and how to access touristy spots and a couple of neat tricks on avoiding the crowds and enjoying the city, as well as pointing out less touristy places to eat traditional Roman cuisine!

Only criticism is it’s rather difficult to enter the building at first call as there’s a few different entrances which can be confusing for guests and all doors are locked for security reasons to we had to be let in by one of the locals working in the establishment

We stayed at Relais for 3 days and then went back for another 6 days before heading home to Manila. The hotel was very clean and complete with everything you need for a short stay. Simone the owner and Alessandro were all very very nice and responsive to all our concerns. They were perfect hose. Thank you so much ! There are so many restaurants and coffee shops in the area. Location is perfect ! This hotel is highly recommended and I would hope to come back and stay with them again.

Amazing decor really friendly staff. Clean every day. Bathroom lovely. Tv on the wall. Really good location as well we walked everywhere including to Vatican City because there’s so much to see you can make lots of little stops on the way.

When I booked this it said it included breakfast. I read reviews of people saying it was brought to their room etc and this just wasn’t the case. No breakfast options at all which just made the trip that but more expensive.

This hotel was beautiful, the staff greeted me instantly with smiles. The room was very clean and comfortable - I didn’t want to leave. Highly recommend

The lift was a little slow, so occasionally opted to use the stairs from the third floor. A little noisy through out the day with construction. Unfortunately I was too slow and all the day spa/massage were booked out.

A perfect boutique hotel in a perfect location. The hotel is so clean, staff are super friendly and super helpful. They catered amazingly for my girlfriend’s birthday and made sure we had the best day, which we did! Would always recommend this hotel to anyone if going to Rome, it has everything you need, including an exclusive Spa which was absolutely amazing. Thanks again!!
