The room was clean and very comfortable. The staff were very helpful and we got given a breakfast tray every morning, which was delightful. The hotel is a 15-20min walk from Rome's main attractions (e.g. Colosseum, Roman Forum) but much closer to the gorgeous Villa Borghese gardens and Biopark, being in a quieter area of Rome. Really enjoyed our stay here.

Your breakfast option is a bit limited, you get a croissant, toast and yoghurt with various spreads but that's about it. Still fine though if that's the kind of breakfast you want! The view from our room was of a giant air con unit and an office building so not the most romantic! But it was quiet so that was something.

We stayed here for 3 nights and it was perfect. Easy check-in and out, a beautiful small, calm and clean place. When we entered the room, it smelled so fresh. The lady working there is very kind and generous. We loved to be able to have the breakfast in the courtyard and the lactose free option for the cappuccino was really appreciated. The location is not that close to the famous touristic locations, but we were in Rome to discover and walk, so that was perfect for us - a lot of beautiful and not so-seen places in the neighbourhood.

Everything, the host communicated with us all the time. Gave us directions to places, recommended places and arranged for our airport transfer. Laura and Natalia are an amazing bunch. We even had access to the fridge should we be desperate for something. It was much much better than we anticipated

Loved the ongoing accessible and helpful communication. Laura was so helpful and prompt in her answers to my numerous questions. Natalie was very pleasant and made excellent cappuccinos . Loved staying there . Will be back if I visit Rome again. Beds so so comfortable . Highly recommend this place .

Would have liked a slightly better aspect lookout from the window, this looked out onto a central area that had high buildings so made the room feel dark and slightly cramped- this may not bother others at all. Other than that the room was excellent .

We loved everything - great value for money. Everyone was very attentive and welcoming. Property is nicely located, not far from the villa Borghese and Spanish steps. Very clean, breakfast was was enough for us, there are several nice restaurants around. Thanks for the great time!

Nothing to mention

We wanted clean, no frills accommodation in Rome that was close to the Olympic stadium because we were there to watch the Rome Open. Domus Pinciana checked all of those boxes and was exactly what we expected. Laura was amazing to accommodate our late check-in, and Natalia was so kind and prepared breakfast for us in the courtyard.

Walls are thin so you can hear other guests coming and going. Our room was small, but we expected it and it suited us for the purpose of our trip.

Cleaner/ breakfast lady was brilliant and lovely. When we had issue with lights coming in bedroom and no blackout curtain. Management moved us to a darker room.

Original room was extremely small. No where to have suitcases open. And fluoro ight shone in from back alley making room bright at night. No black out curtain. Management moved us next day thankfully. And the room was a lot bigger and dark at night. So the problem was fixed.

I loved that it was really quiet and private. It was warm and felt like home away from home. I would rate the wonderful staff a perfect score for not only being helpful but very accomodating. Laura was also readily available when needed. If you're a solo traveller or going as a couple this facility is great. Excellent resturants and cafes nearby also.

The B&B is located slightly north from the city centre and that is amazing since the area is quiet and peaceful. The centre is in walking distance. The room was perfect, everything was clean and up to our liking. Eating breakfast outside every morning is priceless. You get a typical Italian sweet breakfast + coffee. The staff was nothing but perfect to us during the whole stay. I want to give a big shoutout to Natalia for helping us everyday and Laura who let us stay longer on the day of the checkout. I would recommend this place to anyone that would appreciate a daily stroll and a good nights rest.

We really enjoyed staying at Domus Pinciana! The staff is very helpful and kind, both Laura and Natalia were available and nice towards the requests we had. The room was very clean and it was very nice to eat our breakfast in the frontyard! The location was great, close to Villa Borghese park and a 20mins walk to Fontana di Trevi.

The furniture and bathroom fittings are a little outdated and the window of our room, room nr. 3 was towards the service yard of a next building.
