Location was good, about a 20 min walk to all of the attractions eg the colosseum/trevi fountain, the walk however is a nice one so it was fine. Plenty of restaurants near if you dont want to walk to the popular attraction spots. Room was nice, bed was very comfy. It is just a 5 minute walk from the termini station which is great if you are travelling by train

The room was smaller than pictured but still fine! The bathroom could have done with a better clean! You can hear the cleaners outside the rooms in the morning it seems there is no soundproofing. However I saw a lot of reviews that mentioned how loud the tram outside was.... it was not as bad as we thought. You can feel the vibrations when it goes past but it didn't affect our sleep and we didn't need to use the earplugs they provide

The room was smaller than shown in the pictures but still big enough! The bed was comfy , the bathroom was modern and had a lovely shower! Very secure, 2 different codes to enter and then a key for our room! 5 minute walk from the bus/train station. 20 minute walk from both the colosseum and the trevi fountain so very central to everything?

Check in and out times didn't suit us but they made accommodations for us in this regard so can't complain!

The rooms were modern, clean and we had enough space for a family of 4. It is close to train station and 20min walking distance to attractions. The staff were very helpful and welcoming, alot of restaurants close by.

The trams run outside so noise at night but hotel provided earplugs so didnt really bother us.

Coffee was available for purchase, so I don’t consider breakfast being provided. A little fridge raptor in the room which was convenient. Many cafes nearby. Noisy related to being beside tram route to Termini.

Trams were noisy however we were so close to Termini which was very convenient for us. I didn’t like the coffee pods being available for cash purchase as you always needs cash. Receptionist had change though.

Renovated. Clean, very kind. Let un do early check in since we arrived early to Rome. Besides they let us do late check out since our flight was leaving at night.

Tram passes by the door, at night it may sound a little however, they gave us earplugs to use them at night.

This was a very large room for Rome hotel. Location near station is perfect. It was clean and comfortable with nice staff. Able to leave our bags for the day.

It did not bother us at all, because we live in a city and are used to noise, but our room was a bit noisy. They leave ear plugs in the room (that are clean and in a package), but we did not need them. Just noting this in case this is a problem for you. There may be other rooms that are less noisy.

The location is great, 10-15 minutes walk to most tourist attractions. The room was nice and clean, we got fresh towels every day which was really appreciated! The host was friendly and responded to messages really quickly. He also helped us with airport transfer. If you are coming to Rome, I definitely recommend to stay here!

Beds were quite comfortable. Staff was very cooperative. Facilitated with early checkin and was able to use toilet facilities at the time of taking the luggage. Location is also quite convenient and near to roma termini.

Room was not spacious at all. Felt clumsy within the room when there are 3 people (2 adults and 1 kid).

The property is located a few minutes walk from Termini station, very convenient. The room was spacious, and clean. Checkin was easy. The roof top terrace is great.

The trams travelling past are noisy.

Location (near to central station) so you can reach hotel by bus/train from airport. Super convenient.

Tram was passing by every half an hour. This you felt when standing on the floor.
